The drive part can move the first holding part and the second holding part between a first direction separated position and a close position along a first direction. Method and system for welding rotor coils

A process and a system for welding rotor coils are presented. A plurality of rotor coils are arranged on a table of a machine. A welding tool welds the rotor coils on one end using a Friction Stir Welding process. Transition pieces are each arranged between the rotor coils to create a continuous welding path. A run-off tab is placed at an end of the welding path. The welding tool is changed to a milling tool after completion of the welding. The milling tool traces back along the welding path to separate the rotor coils. The milling tool may be changed to the welding tool to repeat the process for another end of the rotor coils. The process is completely automatic and controlled by a control unit.

The stator, which is for a rotating electric machine equipped with a stator coil, is equipped with a connection terminal. The connection terminal has a crimping part to which stator coil input/output coil conductors are connected, and a fastening part which is mechanically connected to an external mechanism, with a melt material arranged on the fastening part. The input/output coil conductors are configured so as to be connected to the connection terminal, with the melt material provided on the crimping part therebetween.

At least one contact point of the at least one power electronic unit, while creating an electroconductive connection, is connected directly to a connecting section of the clamping element. The contact element is first arranged in the socket, then the clamping element is inserted into the socket, and then the contact point is connected directly to the connecting section.
