ADAPTABLE SHOE
A first item of footwear is provided including a midsole; an upper, releasably coupled to the midsole; and a sole releasably coupled to the midsole. A second item of footwear is provided including a sole; an upper, releasably coupled to the sole; and a toe support releasably coupled to the sole. A third item of footwear is provided including: a sole; a first upper portion attached to the sole; and a second upper portion releasably coupled to first upper portion, such that the second upper portion can be coupled to the first upper portion while the shoe is being worn.

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for a ladies shoe that is constructed of a heel comprising multiple designs, each design is attached as desired by the user to attain the preferred heel length. Thus, a convertible shoe is provided, and consists of a shoe top portion, bottom portion, and sole. The top portion could be changeable in colors and designs, as per the requirements of the users. Alternatively, each of the interchangeable top portions may include unique features, such that the features of the shoe may be modified by exchanging top portions. The interchangeable sole portions may include a common set of features (e.g., structure, design, color, etc.). This convertible shoe is especially useful for women as it has a strong grip and is noise free while walking.
MODULAR, CUSTOMIZABLE FOOTWEAR SYSTEM WITH INTERCHANGEABLE COMPONENTS
A modular, customizable shoe assembly comprises a shoe shell including a shell attachment mechanism on a lower portion of the shoe shell and a pair of engagement members on an upper medial region of the shoe shell. The shoe assembly includes at least two different types of shoe soles which can be releasably connected alternatively to the shoe shell. Each of the shoe soles have a sole attachment mechanism adapted for releasable connection to the shell attachment mechanism. At least two different types of securement assemblies which can be releasably connected alternately to the shoe shell are provided and each of the securement assemblies are adapted for releasable connection to the pair of engagement members. The securement assemblies are arranged and designed to aid in securing the shoe to a wearer's foot. The shoe shell may also include a back heel mechanism on the rear of the shoe shell. A detachable loop piece having an upper loop is arranged and designed to detachably connect to the back heel mechanism.
Footwear With One or More Removable and Interchangeable Panels
A shoe comprising an upper, a midsole coupled to the upper and comprising a recess proximal to a junction between the upper and the midsole, a midsole insert comprising a channel, the midsole insert configured to seat within the recess, and a shoe panel configured to detachably couple to the upper of the shoe, the shoe panel comprising a first end configured to seat within the channel of the midsole insert. The shoe panel may be a midfoot or heel panel and may be detachably coupled to the upper by a hook and loop closure. The shoe may be a slip on shoe comprising a tongue side extension that is tucked under a quarter extension to allow a midfoot panel to smoothly couple to the upper over the tongue.

The present invention provides a modular shoe adapted to be configured by a wearer comprises: a sole capable of receiving a shoe upper for arrangement over a wearer's foot by at least one channel. In this way the wearer is able to configure multiple shoe arrangements by use of modular parts that are interchangeable to create customised shoes that are lighter and can be packed away smaller than traditional shoes.
