An article of footwear comprises a sole structure, and an upper including a front section and a rear section. The front section is fixed to a forefoot region of the sole structure and partially defines a foot-receiving cavity. The rear section is operatively secured to the sole structure at least partially rearward of the front section, and includes medial and lateral wings. A medial set of magnets includes at least one front medial magnet secured to a medial side of the front section and at least one rear medial magnet secured to the medial wing. A lateral set of magnets includes at least one front lateral magnet secured to a lateral side of the front section and at least one rear lateral magnet secured to the lateral wing. The rear section is movable relative to the front section between an access position and a use position.

An article of footwear comprises a sole structure, and an upper including a front section and a rear section. A shoe comprises a sole having an upper surface and a lower surface, and a top member having an outer surface and an inner surface and mounted on the sole. The top member and sole to together define a space for receiving a foot, and the top member further comprises an opening. A fastener is provided in the top member and extends from the opening and continues over the top member such that a portion of the top member is movable between a first position in which the space is substantially closed and a second position in which a portion of the top member is folded back from the sole to provide access to the space.

A shoe having one or more detachable and/or interchangeable outsoles is provided herein. The shoe may include a sole, a rear outsole (e.g., a stiletto, a wedge, etc.), and a forward outsole (e.g., a platform, etc.). The sole may be generally configured to support a wearer's foot, with the rear outsole being detachably coupled to a rear portion of the sole and the forward outsole being detachably coupled to a forward portion of the sole. By having two detachable outsoles (e.g., a detachable rear outsole and a detachable forward outsole), the shape, style, and design of the shoe can be varied/changed.

An interchangeable bootie and midsole insert system is also disclosed. Each midsole insert fits inside a bootie and includes a cushioning system configured to provide targeted cushioning to different regions of the foot. This allows a user to select a desired type of cushioning for an athletic activity.

An article of footwear may include a sole structure and an upper. The upper may include a first section and a second section and may define a foot-receiving cavity over the sole structure. The first section may be fixed to the sole structure, and the second section may articulate relative to the first section between an access position and a use position, the foot-receiving cavity being more exposed when the second section is in the access position. A magnetic coupling includes a first coupling member that may be operatively secured to the second section of the upper and a second coupling member may be operatively secured to the sole structure and positioned so that the first coupling member couples with the second coupling member by magnetic force when the second section is in the access position.

Footwear is disclosed. The footwear includes a shell; a sole positioned on a bottom of the shell; wherein the shell is reconfigurable between: a first configuration in which the shell has an L-shape adapted to enclose a human foot; and a second configuration in which the shell is rolled into a bundle.

Footwear including a sole and an upper, wherein the sole includes a bottom surface, suitable for contacting the ground during use, and a sidewall that extends from the bottom surface and is placed at the outer periphery of the sole, wherein the upper is removable attachable to the sole whereby obtaining the footwear. The present invention further discloses a method for assembling the footwear.

A collapsible footwear and a method of altering the configuration thereof into a compact form, configured for transportation, is described; the collapsible footwear includes a top part and collapsible sole including: a top sheet, bottom sheet, lateral support elements, laterally extending channels, top hinge elements, bottom hinge elements and stopper element, reversibly assuming collapsed and erected configurations; the method includes providing a collapsible sole, providing at least one top part, compressing the collapsible sole to assume a collapsed configuration and altering the configuration of the collapsible sole to assume an erected configuration.
