Optionally and preferably, turn elements are subsequently joined, mechanically coupled, and/or welded together to form sections of the winding.

ON/OFF of each MOSFET of the switcher (15) is controlled based on a polarity of an AC voltage output from a filter circuit (10) of the parallel inverter device (1) and a direction of a current flowing to the load (40) on the output line so that a cross current is interrupted. Further, a voltage difference or a phase difference between a load voltage and the AC voltage output from the filter circuit (10) is controlled so as to be reduced so that occurrence of the cross current is prevented.

The method of manufacturing optionally includes the steps of: forming at least a portion of the cast winding into an arced helical shape; forming the first inductor core subsection and the second inductor core subsection into elements of a torpid shaped inductor core; deforming the cast winding to physically allow the step of inserting the first inductor core subsection into the inner cavity; and/or deforming at least a portion of the cast winding into an arced helical coil shape after the step of inserting.
