DETECTION OF INITIAL MOTOR ROTATION IN MAINS-FED INDUCTION MOTOR
A system and method to detect an onset of motor rotation for an induction motor. The system and method involves monitoring a power supplied to a motor via a sensor, determining a power quantity based on the power monitored by the sensor, detecting an envelope of the power quantity, detecting an onset of rotation of the motor when an amplitude of the envelope has increased, and inhibiting power flow to the motor when the onset of rotation does not occur within a predetermined time period or logging a first time period of the detected onset of rotation of the motor for use in monitoring the condition of the motor. The power quantity can be a current vector magnitude or an instantaneous power corresponding to the supplied power.
Method for determining an operational readiness state of an electric motor
A method is provided for determining an operational readiness state of an electric motor, a pump motor for pumping an operating fluid, for example, an aqueous urea solution, in a vehicle. The method includes applying an electric drive voltage to the electric motor according to a prescribed drive voltage curve in order to drive a rotor of the electric motor to rotate through a prescribed angle of rotation, detecting a response behavior of the electric motor, and determining the state of the electric motor based on the results determined in step b).

The control circuit may be configured to identify the fault responsive to detecting that a rate of change of the current in response to the momentary coupling meets a predetermined criterion.
METHOD OF DRYING THE WINDINGS OF AN ELECTRIC MACHINE AND DEVICE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF
The invention relates to the field of alternating current electric machines and is intended for restoring winding insulation to its original parameters. According to the present method of drying the windings of an electric machine, a direct current having a magnitude of 10-60% of the nominal value of the current intensity in the windings is passed through the windings for intervals of 1-10 seconds. The active direct current intervals are alternated with pauses, which differ from said intervals by 0.5-1.5 times. In one embodiment of the invention, for the purpose of passing direct current through the windings, an intentionally small direct voltage is applied to the winding ends and is increased until a predetermined direct current intensity is reached. In another embodiment, the resistance of the insulation is determined during the pauses and once it has reached a given value, current is no longer supplied. The invention provides for the more rapid drying of winding insulation without the risk of damage to the insulation material.

Power supply system having wireless security module for vehicles
A power supply system having a wireless security module for vehicles is provided. The power supply system comprises a battery module, a power management module, an energy management module and the wireless security module. The battery module powers a starting motor of a vehicle. The power management module is used to receive a power from a power generating device. The power management module transmits the power of the power generating device into the battery module. The power management module comprises a monitoring unit and a controlling unit. The monitoring unit is used to monitor a voltage value of the battery module.
