A flow structure may be provided. The grinding chamber may have a particular aspect ratio, tip clearance, or floor clearance. Salt may be delivered to a user without contacting the user, the salt being delivered in a jet having a particular diameter at a particular distance. The device can include a converging-diverging nozzle in the exhaust passage. The salt vent may protrude into a center of a flow of air through the exhaust passage.
