Output pole-compensated operational amplifier
A circuit includes a first transconductance stage having an output. The circuit further includes an output transconductance stage, and a first source-degenerated transistor having a first control input and first and second current terminals. The first control input is coupled to the output of the first transconductance stage. The circuit also includes a second transistor having a second control input and third and fourth current terminals. The third current terminal is coupled to the second current terminal and to the output transconductance stage.
Power amplifier and electronic device
The present disclosure provides a power amplifier and an electrical device. The two-stage power amplifier architecture is tuned staggered before power combining. A previous stage matching network and its input matching are split into a cascaded staggered tuning, such that the center frequency is at frequency point 1 less than the design frequency point and frequency point 2 greater than design frequency point, and then the power combining stage is tuned at the design frequency point. At advanced process nodes (such as 65 nm or below), compared with the known architecture, in-band signal quality and out-of-band filtering effect of the power amplifier chip integrating this architecture will be better when using the same number of transformers (same area), the reliability will be better. Due to its good flatness within the band, this architecture is especially suitable for carrier aggregation communication occasions.

Broadband receiver for multi-band millimeter-wave wireless communication
An RF receiver includes a low-noise amplifier (LNA) to receive and amplify RF signals, a transformer-based IQ generator circuit, one or more load resisters, one or more mixer circuit, and a downconverter. The transformer-based IQ generator is to generate a differential in-phase local oscillator (LOI) signal and a differential quadrature (LOQ) signal based on a local oscillator (LO) signal received from an LO. The load resisters are coupled to an output of the transformer-based IQ generator. Each of the load resisters is to couple one of the differential LOI and LOQ signals to a predetermined bias voltage. The mixers are coupled to the LNA and the transformer-based IQ generator to receive and mix the RF signals amplified by the LNA with the differential LOI and LOQ signals to generate an in-phase RF (RFI) signal and a quadrature RF (RFQ) signal. The downconverter is to down convert the RFI signal and the RFQ signal into IF signals.
Baseline wander correction in AC coupled communication links using equalizer with active feedback
A method and apparatus for correcting baseline wander is disclosed. The method and apparatus may include generating filtered signals by filtering input signals using a filter circuit. An equalizer circuit using the filtered signals may generate output signals. Feedback networks may be configured to couple a respective output signal to a corresponding filtered signal.
TRANS IMPEDANCE AMPLIFIER CAPACITANCE ISOLATION STAGE
An electronic circuit for a micro-electro-mechanical systems gyroscope is disclosed. The electronic circuit includes a current buffer, a transimpedance amplifier coupled with the current buffer, and a plurality of transistors. An inverting input terminal of the current buffer and a non-inverting input terminal of the current buffer are connected with a plurality of first resistors. The inverting input terminal of the current buffer is connected with a source of one of the plurality of transistors, and the non-inverting input terminal of the current buffer is connected with a source of another one of the plurality of transistors. The plurality of first resistors are connected to a ground. The current buffer is configured to isolate a load in the micro-electro-mechanical systems gyroscope from the transimpedance amplifier.
SQUELCH DETECTION DEVICE
A squelch detection device is provided. The squelch detection device receives first and second input signals and first and second threshold voltages. The squelch detection device determines a first common mode of the first and second input signals and a second common mode of the first and second threshold voltages. The squelch detection device averages the first common mode with the second common mode to produce an average common mode and sets the first common mode of the first and second input signals to the average common mode. The squelch detection device sets the second common mode of the first and second threshold voltages to the average common mode and determines a state of a squelch signal, indicative of whether the first and second input signals are attributable to noise, based on the first and second input signals and the first and second threshold voltages.
Current trimming system, method, and apparatus
A trimming resource includes an adjustable driver resource, a differential voltage generator, and a trim current generator. The adjustable driver resource produces an output signal. The differential voltage generator receives the output signal from the adjustable driver resource and produces a differential drive signal. The trim current generator derives a trim signal from the differential drive signal received from the differential voltage generator. According to one configuration, the trim current generator outputs the trim signal to an electronic component, correcting an operational parameter of the electronic component.

A circuit comprises a Sallen-Key filter, which includes a source follower that implements a unity-gain amplifier; and a programmable-gain amplifier coupled to the Sallen-Key filter. The circuit enables programmable gain via adjustment to a current mirror copying ratio in the programmable-gain amplifier, which decouples the bandwidth of the circuit from its gain settings. The programmable-gain amplifier can comprise a differential voltage-to-current converter, a current mirror pair, and programmable output gain stages. The Sallen-Key filter and at least one branch in the programmable-gain amplifier can comprise transistors arranged in identical circuit configurations.
