NOISE FILTER
A noise filter that can be miniaturized is provided. A noise filter includes a terminal fitting, a board, a coil mounted on the board, and an electronic component mounted on the board. The terminal fitting includes a terminal body electrically connected to an external device, a coil connection part electrically connected to the coil through a lead wire, and a board connection part electrically connected to the board. The coil connection part caulks the lead wire.
REDUNDANT ANALOG BUILT-IN SELF TEST
Described embodiments include a test system having first, second and third circuits having the same design and configured to receive a same input signal. A majority voter circuit has a first voter input coupled to a first circuit output, a second voter input coupled to a second circuit output, a third voter input coupled to a third circuit output, and a voter output. The output signal is equal to a signal present at least two of the voter inputs. A discrepancy detector circuit has first, second and third discrepancy inputs coupled to the first, second and third circuit outputs, respectively. A discrepancy output is configured to: provide a first logic signal responsive to the first, second and third circuit outputs having equal values; and provide a second logic signal responsive to the first, second and third circuit outputs having unequal values.
REDUNDANT ANALOG BUILT-IN SELF TEST
Described embodiments include a test system having first, second and third circuits having the same design and configured to receive a same input signal. A majority voter circuit has a first voter input coupled to a first circuit output, a second voter input coupled to a second circuit output, a third voter input coupled to a third circuit output, and a voter output. The output signal is equal to a signal present at least two of the voter inputs. A discrepancy detector circuit has first, second and third discrepancy inputs coupled to the first, second and third circuit outputs, respectively. A discrepancy output is configured to: provide a first logic signal responsive to the first, second and third circuit outputs having equal values; and provide a second logic signal responsive to the first, second and third circuit outputs having unequal values.
Wilkinson power combiner, communication unit and method therefor
A Wilkinson power combiner (202) is described that includes a high-pass, HP, frequency circuit (500, 550), wherein the HP frequency circuit (500, 550) comprises at least one of: (i) one input port (510) coupled to at least two output ports (512, 514) via at least two paths; and an input shunt inductor (520) coupling the input port (510) to ground; wherein the one input port (510) is coupled to the at least two output ports (512, 514) via respective series capacitances (230, 238) on the at least two paths, which in cooperation with the input shunt inductor (520) forms a first HP frequency circuit; and (ii) at least one resistor (554, 528)-inductor (552, 524), R-L isolation circuit (500, 550) configured to couple the at least two output ports (512, 514) that forms a second HP frequency circuit.
Wilkinson power combiner, communication unit and method therefor
A Wilkinson power combiner (202) is described that includes a high-pass, HP, frequency circuit (500, 550), wherein the HP frequency circuit (500, 550) comprises at least one of: (i) one input port (510) coupled to at least two output ports (512, 514) via at least two paths; and an input shunt inductor (520) coupling the input port (510) to ground; wherein the one input port (510) is coupled to the at least two output ports (512, 514) via respective series capacitances (230, 238) on the at least two paths, which in cooperation with the input shunt inductor (520) forms a first HP frequency circuit; and (ii) at least one resistor (554, 528)-inductor (552, 524), R-L isolation circuit (500, 550) configured to couple the at least two output ports (512, 514) that forms a second HP frequency circuit.
POWER NOISE FILTER AND SUPPLY MODULATOR INCLUDING THE SAME
A power noise filter and a supply modulator including the same, and a wireless communication device including the power noise filter are provided. The power noise filter includes a band stop filter and a low pass filter. The band stop filter includes an inductor and a first capacitor, which are connected in parallel between first and second nodes. The first node receives a first voltage, which is filtered by the band pass filter to thereby generate a second voltage at the second node. The first low pass filter includes the inductor and a second capacitor, which has one end connected to the second node and an opposite end connected to a ground source.
Active suppression circuitry
Various embodiments provide for active suppression circuitry. The active suppression circuitry can be used with a circuit for a memory system, such as a dual data rate (DDR) memory system. For example, some embodiments provide an active suppression integrated circuit. The active suppression integrated circuit can be used by a memory system to efficiently suppress power supply noise caused by resonance of a power delivery network (PDN) of the memory system, thereby improving power integrity of the memory system input/output.
Active suppression circuitry
Various embodiments provide for active suppression circuitry. The active suppression circuitry can be used with a circuit for a memory system, such as a dual data rate (DDR) memory system. For example, some embodiments provide an active suppression integrated circuit. The active suppression integrated circuit can be used by a memory system to efficiently suppress power supply noise caused by resonance of a power delivery network (PDN) of the memory system, thereby improving power integrity of the memory system input/output.
FILTER DEVICE AND STEERING CONTROL DEVICE
The present embodiments relate to a filter device and a steering control device. The filter device filters noise by comprising a capacitor unit and a short-circuit prevention unit, wherein the capacitor unit and the short-circuit prevention unit are connected in series to each other, and when the capacitor unit is short-circuited, the short-circuit prevention unit may block a short-circuit current by changing impedance formed through the capacitor unit and the short-circuit prevention unit which are connected in series to each other.

The present embodiments relate to a filter device and a steering control device. The filter device filters noise by comprising a capacitor unit and a short-circuit prevention unit, wherein the capacitor unit and the short-circuit prevention unit are connected in series to each other, and when the capacitor unit is short-circuited, the short-circuit prevention unit may block a short-circuit current by changing impedance formed through the capacitor unit and the short-circuit prevention unit which are connected in series to each other.
