The present invention relates to a skin care device that maximizes effects of cosmetics by generating a microcurrent on the skin and allows a user to directly recognize effects of the skin care device by checking skin condition using a configuration capable of detecting biometric information.

The skin care device comprises: a main body unit equipped with a power button; a current rod installed on the main body unit and transmitting a microcurrent to a user's skin; a control unit installed inside the main body unit, supplying and controlling the microcurrent to the current rod based on an operation signal of the power button, and a sensor unit installed on the main body unit and measuring the user's skin information, wherein the skin care device informs skin condition of the user in real time based on the skin information measured by the sensor unit.

The inventive concept relates to a needle tip for application of current, a hand piece, and a skin treatment apparatus that are equipped with a needle in which an electromagnetically-energized active region is formed as a partial region other than a tip end of the needle is exposed in a non-insulated state.

An unattended approach can increase the reproducibility and safety of the treatment as the chance of over/under treating of a certain area is significantly decreased. On the other hand, unattended treatment of uneven or rugged areas can be challenging in terms of maintaining proper distance or contact with the treated tissue, mostly on areas which tend to differ from patient to patient (e.g. facial area). A device for radio frequency (RF) skin treatment of skin of a user is provided. The device comprises an active electrode and a return electrode. The device further comprises an RF generator arranged to supply RF energy to the user's skin via the active electrode and the return electrode. The return electrode has a planar skin contact surface extending in a main plane. The active electrode has a skin contact surface with a maximum dimension in a range from 100 μm to 500 μm, and a surface area of the planar skin contact surface of the return electrode is at least 5 times larger than a surface area of the skin contact surface of the active electrode. The skin contact surface of the active electrode is arranged in a position at a distance from the main plane, seen in a direction perpendicular to the main plane. The device may be advantageously used, for example, to control the dimensions and shape of a thermal lesion in the user's skin generated by the RF energy.

The present invention provides a device for rejuvenating a region of skin or mucosal tissue, comprising: a pulsed electromagnetic frequency generator; a plurality of electrodes in communication with the pulsed electromagnetic frequency generator and an RF tissue diathermy device. The electrodes apply the pulsed electromagnetic power and the RF tissue diathermy to the tissue, heating it such that one portion of the region of mucosal tissue is maintained at a predetermined temperature range T.sub.1 while another portion of the region of mucosal tissue is at least temporarily maintained at predetermined temperature range T.sub.2.

Applicators, systems, and methods for delivering electrical energy to a target treatment region with large area surface electrodes are disclosed. In one example, a system may include a housing, a pulse generator, and a treatment applicator coupled to the pulse generator and configured to deliver sub-microsecond high-voltage electric pulses from the pulse generator. A plasma generating device includes: a supply module for supplying gas; a handset for generating plasma from the supplied gas; and a control module attachable to or detachable from the supply module, wherein the plasma generating device switches to a button control mode or a dial control mode depending on the manner in which the handset is connected to the control module and the supply module.

An electric device for skin treatment, includes: a needle body including needles for drug injection and electrical stimulation treatment and a needle printed circuit board (PCB) connected to the needles; a needle cap provided at a first end of the needle body and having a needle hole through which the needles passes; and a handpiece body having a first end detachably connected to a second end of the needle body. The handpiece body includes: a connection PCB to which a connection member configured to be electrically connected to the needle PCB is coupled; and a connection PCB cable configured to be electrically connected to the connection PCB.

A method for using beauty instrument with mask is provided.
