A medicinal photothermal moxibustion instrument relates to a medical device. An instrument working power source and an assembly plate of a moxibustion signal adjusting system are fixed in a shell; a setting key and a medicinal photothermal moxibustion head socket are installed on an enclosure panel; and a signal connecting conductor is used to connect a plug with a moxibustion head substrate that has a medicine line slot and a light emitting diode arranged on the working face. Also described are methods for treating preterm labor, stopping labor preparatory to Cesarean delivery, preventing preterm labor, or controlling the timing of parturition by administering an effective amount of transdermal stimulation, posterior tibial nerve stimulation or another form of non-invasive or invasive neuromodulation, unstimulated or stimulated acupuncture, magnetic field therapy, or vibratory stimulation. These methods may be practiced individually, in combination with each other, or in combination with known tocolytic methods or medications.

A laser hat with an adjustable fit is provided, which includes a hat body, a plurality of laser modules, a flexible printed circuit board and an adjustment mechanism. The hat body is made of a honeycomb structure. A woven mesh can be used on an inner layer of the hat body. The plurality of laser modules are disposed on the flexible printed circuit board.
