Wearable phototherapy apparatus
Embodiments enables a wearable phototherapy apparatus that produces beneficial effects to a human body such as activation of stem cells, improvement in strength, improvement in stamina, pain relief via a non-transdermal container. May include an optional transdermal container that releases or increases copper peptide GHK-Cu in a subject's body. The non-transdermal apparatus reflects or emits specific wavelengths of light to elevate levels of the copper peptide GHK-Cu in the body. The non-transdermal apparatus includes one or more materials that prevent the Left-Handed molecule from direct contact with the body while the enclosure is coupled to the body and prevents the Left-Handed molecules from entering the body.
Pain relief utilizing polymer based materials or a combination of LED bulbs, polymer based materials and a near field accelerator
A pain relief device and method or system to aid in the resolution of pain in a body including at least one layer of PVDF film and at least one other layer for directional purposes, as well as a polarizing layer. The device can be packaged in various ways. Also described is a device that uses a combination of LED bulbs, polymer based materials and a near field accelerator to provide pain relief.
IMPROVED LASER-THERAPY DEVICE
An improved laser-therapy device for the treatment of acupuncture points, which comprises: a control unit; laser emitting means associated to said control unit; means for generating an emission signal, which are functionally associated to said control unit and to said laser emitting means; and means for modulating said emission signal, which are designed to generate a modulated signal, wherein said modulated signal derives from a first square-wave modulation at a frequency of 100 Hz combined with a second square-wave modulation at a frequency of between 1 and 2 Hz, characterized in that a third square-wave modulation at a frequency of between 50 and 200 Hz is provided, combined, respectively, with said first and second modulations, characterized in that a third square-wave modulation at a frequency of between 5 and 20 Hz is provided, combined, respectively, with said first and second modulations.
Apparatus and methods for phototherapy
There is provided a phototherapy apparatus, in which the therapeutic light is delivered through one or more massage components. The massage component provides mechanical massage to the subject biological tissue and modifies the properties of the subject tissue in thickness, density, etc. to facilitate the absorption of the therapeutic light and enhance the effect of the phototherapy procedure. The light source of the phototherapy apparatus is actively cooled by a synthetic jet cooler.
Unit for action on biologically active body points and the relief of paravertebral muscles
A unit has been designed to be applied within the area of physiotherapy and is applicable to both medical and athletic therapeutic programs to provide correction of functional states of the spine and the nervous system to eliminate nervous overloads, fatigue, and stress. Moreover, the unit corrects spinal disorders, paravertebral muscular disorders and can be used as a part of mobilizing procedures to act on biologically active body points, and as a part of therapeutic procedures to relieve the spine.
LIGHT THERAPY DEVICE AND METHOD
The portable light therapy device comprises a housing, at least one energy generations source, for generating energy such as light and electricity, the device further comprising at least one probe for contacting a user and providing stimulation to a selected location on the user. The device may be wearable, portable, and may further have wired and unwired communication capability. The device may be used on or around the ear, and is further customizable. The method steps of use of the device contemplate either user operation or operation by another to locate stimuli locations on a user, position the light therapy device and further operate the device to provide desired stimulation and adapt to feedback from the device.
Guiding means for administering acupuncture and other healing procedures
The invention is guiding means that are adapted to serve as guides to accurately locate specific locations on the body to be stimulated in order to prevent, diagnose, and treat specific types of diseases and other conditions in humans and animals. The invention includes specially modified and personalized articles of clothing and an apparatus for supporting an organ of a human or animal body adapted for accurately positioning and orienting the organ with respect to each other a device for administering the stimulation or the healing process. The apparatus and embodiments of the articles of clothing are adapted as stands that support devices used to apply stimulation to the location. The applied stimulation can be any of the therapies which depend on the application of energy or force to specific locations on the body.
METHODS OF TREATING OR PREVENTING PRETERM LABOR
Described herein are methods for treating preterm labor, stopping labor prior to Cesarean delivery, preventing preterm labor, or controlling the timing of parturition by administering a chemical compound, such as a muscarinic receptor antagonist preferably a M, receptor antagonist, or a -3 adrenergic agonist. Also described are methods for treating preterm labor, stopping labor preparatory to Cesarean delivers', preventing preterm labor, or controlling the timing of parturition by administering an effective amount of transdermal stimulation, posterior tibial nerve stimulation or another form of non-invasive or invasive neuromodulatton, unstimulated or stimulated acupuncture, magnetic field therapy, or vibratory stimulation. These methods may be practiced individually, in combination with each other, or in combination with known tocolytic methods or medications.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MECHANICAL STIMULATION FOR PAIN RELIEF
System and method of mechanical nerve stimulation for pain relief via mechano-receptor treatment on inverse linked neuro-receptors of the spinal column is provided as an indirect means of treating localized pain through the administration of remote mechanical stimulation.
Wearable device that increases muscle strength
An improvement on a method and device of the first wearable device that increases muscle strength using a holding device containing nutrients. This invention is detailed in U.S. Pat. Nos. 8,617,590, 9,636,310, 9,510,988. With the addition of a light source module and/or a vibrating module and/or a magnetic module to this holding device, it has been found that the resulting device has a surprising and unexpected synergistic effect on muscle strength. This phenomenal increase in muscle strength translates into improved athletic performance. The resulting holding device may be in the form of a belt, locket, headband, wrist band, ankle band, pedal device, helmet, or gloves.
