METHOD FOR INITIALIZATION SEED GENERATION FOR PN SEQUENCES IN REMOTE INTERFERENCE MANAGEMENT
20220103265 · 2022-03-31 · ·

An approach is described for a method for a base station in a fifth generation (5G) wireless communication or a new radio (NR) system that includes the following steps. The method includes determining base initial seeds and a time parameter. The method further includes generating actual initial seeds based on the base initial seeds and the time parameter; generating a Pseudo-Noise (PN) sequence based on one of the actual initial seeds; and generating a remote interference management reference signal (RIM-RS) sequence based on the PN sequence. The method further includes transmitting the RIM-RS sequence to a remote base station.

SS BLOCK METHODS AND PROCEDURES FOR NR-U

Methods, systems, and apparatuses for use in wireless communication are disclosed. A method of communication on an unlicensed band may include detecting a Synchronization Signal/Physical Broadcast Channel (SS/PBCH) block comprising a demodulation references signal (DMRS), a synchronization signal (SS), and a PBCH payload. A SS/PBCH block index may be obtained from one of the DMRS and the PBCH payload. A cyclic rotation indicator may be obtained from the SS/PBCH block (e.g., from the DMRS, the SS, and/or the PBCH payload). A determination may be made that the cyclic rotation indicator indicates an on state and a time gap may be obtained from one of the DMRS and the PBCH payload, based on the determination. Frame timing may be determined based on the cyclic rotation indicator, the SS/PBCH block index, and the time gap.

A spread-spectrum transmitter is disclosed. The transmitter includes a modulator configured to produce an intermediate frequency signal, a frequency shifter configured to shift the intermediate frequency factor by a first factor, and a local oscillator (LO) configured to generate a LO signal. The transmitter further includes a ramp signal generator configured to determine the value of the first factor and a second factor, is configured to transmit the value of the factor to the frequency shifter, is configured to transmit the value of the second factor to the LO, where the frequency of the intermediate frequency signal shifted by the first factor is shifted synchronously with the frequency of the LO signal shifted by the second factor. The transmitter includes a mixer configured to mix the shifted intermediate frequency with the shifted LO signal that has been shifted by the second factor, producing a spread leaked LO signal.

A method for spread spectrum communication, a user equipment and a base station are provided in embodiments of the present disclosure. The method for spread spectrum communication applied to a user equipment includes: selecting spreading sequences for a plurality of symbols of data to be transmitted in a set of spreading sequences, respectively, wherein spreading sequences selected for at least two symbols are different; spreading the data by using the selected spreading sequences; transmitting the spread data.

NETWORK DEVICE AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR CYCLIC COMMUNICATION

The present application relates to wireless communications suitable for smart manufacturing and industrial automation. In particular, the application proposes a wireless communication device (UE) and a network device (BS), in particular suitable for cyclic communication. The BS is configured to provide a first information defining a hopping sequence to a UE, and to provide a second information to the UE defining when the hopping sequence should be repeated, in particular periodically repeated. The UE is accordingly configured to receive the first information from the BS, and to receive the second information from the BS. The hopping sequence specifies at least two spatial resources and/or at least two radio resources, which the UE is configured to use for transmissions to and/or from the BS.
