Mechanism for saving power on a bus interface
Systems, apparatuses, and methods for saving power on a bus interface are described. A system includes a host, a device, and a repeater interposed between the host and the device. While the host and device are in a low-power state, the repeater monitors a first bus to determine if the device has woken up. When the repeater detects a remote wake-up event initiated by the device, the repeater generates an interrupt which is sent to the host. The host responds to the interrupt by initiating a resume wake-up event procedure that assumes the device is still asleep. In this way, the host is able to stay in the low-power state longer while also using a wake-up procedure that does not require the host to be aware of the existence of the repeater.
Dual cavity, low power, outdoor combination line amplifier package for cable telecommunication systems
A dual cavity, low power, outdoor combination line amplifier package for cable telecommunication systems is disclosed. It comprises: a dual-cavity main frame, cast in one piece and sectioned into an upper cavity and a lower cavity; a hardline entry cover, having a hardline receptacle PCB with a power supply fixed thereon, electrically and environmentally sealing on one side of the upper cavity; a tap plate cover, having a tap plate PCB fixed thereon and mounted with a plurality of taps, electrically and environmentally sealing on the other side of the upper cavity with the taps facing externally; a gain module heatsink cover, having a gain module PCB and a passive PCB fixed thereon, electrically and environmentally sealing on one side of the lower cavity; and a smart app accessories cover, having a smart access cover PCB fixed thereon, electrically and environmentally sealing on the other side of the lower cavity.
In-vehicle communication system, in-vehicle relay apparatus, and in-vehicle control apparatus
An in-vehicle communication system includes a first relay apparatus installed in a first area of a vehicle, and a second relay apparatus installed in a second area and are connected via a communication main line. A main control apparatus and an auxiliary control apparatus are connected to the first relay apparatus and a controlled apparatus is connected to the second relay apparatus, each connected via a communication branch line. The first input apparatus is installed in the first area and inputs information to the main control apparatus and the auxiliary control apparatus. The second input apparatus is installed in the second area and inputs information to the main control apparatus and the auxiliary control apparatus via the first relay apparatus and the second relay apparatus. The first relay apparatus and the controlled apparatus communicate via an auxiliary communication line provided into both the first area and the second area.
FULL DUPLEX EXPANDER IN A FULL DUPLEX NETWORK
In one embodiment, a method receives a downstream signal and an upstream signal in a same frequency band. The downstream signal and the upstream signal are separated into a first path and a second path. The downstream signal using the first path and the upstream signal using the second path are amplified in an analog domain. The method isolates the downstream signal and the upstream signal from one another and sends the downstream signal downstream to a subscriber device and sends the upstream signal towards a full duplex node.

Relay device and multi-split air-conditioning control systems
A relay device and a multi-split control system that achieve reliable communication between an outdoor air conditioning unit and multiple indoor units under the condition that the length of a communication bus is limited. The system expands the communication distance by a cascade path formed by a plurality of relay devices. The cascade path transmits control signals sent by a master control device/a specific slave control device (i.e. a slave control device communicating with the master control device or certain relay device) to corresponding slave control devices one by one, and the corresponding slave control devices transmit the signals to the master control device/specific slave control device according to a response signal fed back by the control signal, where the relay devices may respectively communicate with a source node device and a destination node device on the basis of the master-slave type communication mode.
UNDERSEA DEVICE, ENERGIZATION METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
In order to reduce the occurrence of component failure, this undersea device is provided with one or more temporarily energized units which are temporarily energized during use, and an energization switching unit which, when a predetermined operation is performed, supplies power to at least one temporarily energized unit, and which, upon completion of the operation, terminates supply of power to the at least one temporarily energized unit.
Pseudo force sense generation apparatus
For efficient presentation of pseudo force sense, a pseudo force sense generation apparatus includes: a base mechanism; and a contact mechanism that performs periodical asymmetric motion relative to the base mechanism and gives force based on the asymmetric motion to skin or mucous membrane with which the contact mechanism is in direct or indirect contact. A mass of the contact mechanism is smaller than a mass of the base mechanism, or the mass of the contact mechanism is smaller than a sum of the mass of the base mechanism and a mass of a mechanism that is attached to the base mechanism.
DOWNHOLE MULTIPLEXED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
A control module for operation of downhole well tools and apparatuses is disclosed. The control module can control multiple tools, electronics, subs, etc. based on one electronic input and optionally one hydraulic input from the wellhead or surface. The control module can transmit along selected electronic lines and optionally hydraulic lines in order to control specific apparatuses of the downhole well tools. By allowing a single electronic line from the surface or shut in to control multiple tools, total electronic complexity is reduced. A three conductor control module can control operations of up to twelve downhole tools, and a two conductor control module can control operations of up to six downhole tools, in some embodiments.
