VEHICULAR COMMUNICATION DEVICE
A vehicular communication device is mounted on a vehicle and includes antenna elements, and a wireless circuit connected to the antenna elements and performing communication with another device using the antenna elements. Each antenna element of the antenna elements has a feeding point and a feeding direction in which the antenna element extends from the feeding point. The antenna elements include two antenna elements that are separated by a distance less than a predetermined coupling distance. Feeding directions of the two antenna elements are perpendicular to each other.

In the base station, encoding units (101-1 to 101-n) encode data (#1 to #n) to mobile stations (#1 to #n), modulation units (102-1 to 102-n) modulate the encoded data so as to generate a data symbol, a scheduler (103) performs frequency scheduling according to a CQI from each mobile station so as to uniformly allocate data to the respective mobile stations for a part of RB extracted from a plurality of RB, and an SCCH generation unit (105) generates control information (SCCH information) to report the allocation result in the scheduler (103) to the respective mobile stations.

A radio receiver system and a radio transmitter system are disclosed. The radio receiver system comprises a plurality of intermediate frequency (IF) shifting channels configured to shift incoming signals having a first frequency to an intermediate frequency in a first mixing stage, and to a second frequency in a second mixing stage. The radio transmitter system comprises a plurality of IF shifting channels configured to shift outgoing signals having a first frequency to an intermediate frequency in a first mixing stage, and to a second frequency in a second mixing stage. Since each intermediate frequency is different, the signals shifted to the second frequency combine by coherent addition, and any spurious signals combine by incoherent addition.
