Blockchain systems and methods for confirming presence
Systems and methods for confirming the presence of a person or asset for a given purpose, and recording this information in a distributed ledger. The distributed ledger records and confirms presence indicia in connection with a transaction said facilitates remote and/or automated signatures. The systems and methods detect the presence of one or more humans and/or computing devices at a specific location at the time of a transaction, and contemporaneously recording information concerning the transaction in a distributed ledger. Presence can be determined using network presence sensing (NPS), other types of sensors, or the combination of NPS with other sensors.
MONITORING A VEHICLE CARGO SPACE FOR OBJECTS CONNECTED TO BEACON-TRANSMITTING DEVICES
A cargo space is monitored for objects connected to respective beacon-transmitting devices which transmit identification signals associated with the objects. Signal strengths of received signals and repetition periods associated therewith are determined using a monitoring device which checks whether each received beacon identification signal identifies a respective object in an object inventory of the cargo space based on comparisons of the signal strengths with current signal strength threshold values respectively associated with them and on comparisons of the respectively associated beacon repetition periods with respective current repetition period threshold values. The monitoring device detects whether the cargo space is currently in a first state (in which loading and unloading operations of objects in the cargo space is permissible) or a second state (in which loading and unloading is not permissible). The monitoring device adjusts signal strength threshold values and repetition period threshold values only during the second state.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DRONE SWARM WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
A method for improving wireless communication for a drone swarm, the method comprising, at a computing system, receiving, from a plurality of drones of a drone swarm, data comprising radio frequency signal characteristics detected by the plurality of drones; generating a model of a radio frequency environment for the drone swarm based on the data received from the plurality of drones; and controlling at least one wireless communication system to improve wireless communication for the drone swarm based on the model of the radio frequency environment.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR POSITIONING BASED ON HETEROGENEOUS NETWORKS
A method, implemented by a computer, for positioning based on heterogeneous networks comprises: estimating a position of a personal mobility device (PMD) based on a first wireless signal; determining whether the PMD is within an intermediate area between a first area and a second area, based on an estimated position of the PMD; determining whether the PMD moves to the second area, by using both the first wireless signal and a second wireless signal; and determining position of the PMD by using any one of the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal based on a movement of the PMD to the second area.
Communication terminal and communication system
A communication terminal capable of at least millimeter-wave communication and microwave communication is provided. The communication terminal includes a repeater that relays communication between a first communication terminal and a second communication terminal by using millimeter-wave communication. Such a communication terminal is capable of maintaining good millimeter-wave communication between terminals.

One or more systems and methods for wireless equipment deployment are provided herein. Imagery of locations depicting structures within a list of structures is analyzed to identify features of the structures within the locations. Ranks may be calculated for the structures based upon structure scores and installation scores calculated from the features. In response to a rank for a structure exceeding a threshold, wireless equipment deployment of a communication device may be triggered so that the communication device is controlled to exchange communication signals with devices proximate the structure.
