Methods and apparatus to monitor a split screen media presentation
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to monitor a split screen media presentation. Example apparatus disclosed herein are to generate one or more video signatures associated with video output from a media device and determine whether the one or more video signatures correspond to first media identified based on audio output from the media device. Disclosed example apparatus are also to, in response to a determination that the one or more generated video signatures do not correspond to the first media, determine that the video corresponds to a split-screen presentation having a plurality of regions-of-interest, and identify a first one of the regions-of-interest of the split-screen presentation that includes the first media.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO CREDIT MEDIA BASED ON PRESENTATION RATE
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to credit media based on the presentation rate. An example apparatus disclosed herein includes memory and instructions. The example apparatus disclosed herein further includes at least one processor to execute the instructions to cause the at least one processor to at least detect a first peak in a first frequency range of audio data associated with monitored media, detect a second peak in a second frequency range of the audio data, the second frequency range different from the first frequency range, detect that a presentation rate of the monitored media is increased relative to a reference version of the media in response to the second peak being greater than the first peak, generate a signature corresponding to the monitored media, and transmit the signature to a media monitoring entity to credit the monitored media based on the presentation rate.

Methods and apparatus for supplementing partially readable and/or inaccurate codes in media
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for supplementing partially readable and/or inaccurate codes. An example apparatus includes a watermark analyzer to select a first watermark and a second watermark decoded from media; a comparator to compare a first decoded timestamp of the first watermark to a second decoded timestamp of the second watermark; and a timestamp adjuster to adjust the second decoded timestamp based on the first decoded timestamp of the second watermark when at least a threshold number of symbols of the second decoded timestamp match corresponding symbols of the first decoded timestamp.
Method for receiving emergency information, method for signaling emergency information, and receiver for receiving emergency information
A device may be configured to parse a syntax element specifying the number of available languages within a presentation associated with an audio stream. A device may be configured to parse one or more syntax elements identifying each of the available languages and parse an accessibility syntax element for each language within the presentation.

Seamless integration of radio broadcast audio with streaming audio
Disclosed herein is a music service that enables consumers listen to a broadcast radio station without commercials. The service operates by shifting the source channel of a radio from the broadcast radio to a streaming audio service for the duration of the commercial. In some embodiments, the service utilizes any of: a radio including native firmware/software, a mobile device such as a smart phone executing an application, cooperative integration of a radio and a mobile device, or master/slave relationship between a mobile device and a radio. The mobile device listens to the radio broadcast and determines when to shift between the radio broadcast and the streaming audio via any of audio fingerprint analysis, radio station behavioral analysis, radio station metadata, and/or radio station voice recognition analysis.

LIVE AUDIO ADVERTISING BIDDING AND MODERATION SYSTEM
Systems and methods for providing real-time searching of audio streams to facilitate content moderation and advertising offer generation are provided. The method includes receiving a plurality of audio streams, converting each of the audio streams, in real-time, into one or more text segments, saving each text segment to a data store of real-time content, receiving one or more advertiser bids, wherein each of the one or more advertiser bids includes one or more bid criteria, determining whether the one or more bid criteria are met for an audio stream of the plurality of audio streams, selecting one or more winning bids from advertiser bids in which the one or more bid criteria have been met, generating one or more advertising offers for each of the one or more winning bids, and presenting the one or more advertising offers to a representative of the audio stream.
