A spectrum management device includes a processing circuit configured to: coordinate, according to a predetermined interference coordination principle, interference between one or more base station devices of a communication system to be added and one or more base station devices of an existing communication system managed by the spectrum management device; determine, according to an interference coordination result, coordinated system performance of the communication system to be added; and send the coordinated system performance of the communication system to be added to the electronic device that manages the communication system to be added, so that the electronic device determines whether to allow the spectrum management device to perform spectrum management on the communication system to be added.

CRS RATE MATCHING REQUEST IN DSS

The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. The apparatus may measure a RSRP of a CRS for each of a plurality of neighboring cells. The apparatus may also calculate an interference strength of each of the plurality of neighboring cells based on the RSRP measurement of the CRS for each of the plurality of neighboring cells. Additionally, the apparatus may compare a PDSCH demodulation performance of the UE based on rate matching for a CRS offset associated with each of the plurality of neighboring cells with the PDSCH demodulation performance of the UE based on skipping the rate matching for the CRS offset. The apparatus may also transmit a request for the rate matching or skipping the rate matching for the CRS offset based on the comparison of the PDSCH demodulation performance of the UE.

Communication system management and performance reporting

A communication management resource detects or anticipates occurrence of wireless interference on a wireless channel allocated to a wireless base station to communicate with multiple communication devices. In response to the detected wireless interference, the communication management resource determines a group of the multiple communication devices receiving data of a particular type from the wireless base station. To reduce the wireless interference, the wireless base station notifies the communication devices in the group to operate in a device-to-device communication mode as an alternative path of conveying the particular type of data to the group of communication devices. Thus, during times of wireless interference, instead of communicating a message to each of the wireless communication device in the group, the wireless base station communicates a wireless communication to a first communication device in the group; the first communication device forwards the communication to a second communication device in the group.

GROUPING AND USE OF SHORT SEQUENCE SIGNALS

New sequences have been proposed and/or adopted for short Physical Uplink Control Channel communications between base stations and UEs. In an exemplary embodiment, a UE communicates with a base station based on sequence groups that include the new sequences, where the new sequences are allocated to different sequence groups based, at least in part, on correlations with other existing sequences included in individual sequence groups.

User terminal and radio communication method

A terminal is disclosed including a processor that, if group hopping of a sequence used in an uplink control channel is enabled, determines a group number based on a slot number and a frequency hopping index; and a transmitter that transmits the uplink control channel, to which the sequence corresponding to the group number is applied. In other aspects, a radio communication method and a base station are also disclosed.

Enhanced RRM/CSI measurement for interference management

A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are provided that performs an interference measurement with an enhanced accuracy. The apparatus detects a signal from a serving cell, a neighbor cell, or a second apparatus in the neighbor cell. The apparatus estimates at least one of a downlink-downlink interference and a cross-uplink-downlink interference of the neighbor cell or the second apparatus in the neighbor cell. In another aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided that configures a User Equipment (UE) to perform the interference measurement and receives an interference measurement report from the UE. The apparatus estimates at least one of an uplink-uplink interference and a cross-downlink-uplink interference of the neighbor cell or the second apparatus in the neighbor cell.

User equipment coordination for interference cancelation
11503610 · 2022-11-15 · ·

Techniques and apparatuses are described for enabling user equipment to coordinate for interference cancelation. In some aspects, base stations form a user equipment coordination set by pairing a UE of a base station with another UE of another base station. The UE receives, from the other UE, information regarding an uplink transmission of the other UE to the other base station, the information including I/Q samples for the uplink transmission. Based on the received information, the UE can model interference from the uplink transmission of the other UE to a reception of a downlink transmission by the base station to the UE. After the UE receives the downlink transmission, the UE cancels, based on the modeling of the interference, the interference to the received downlink transmission from the uplink transmission of the other UE. By so doing, receiver performance or link quality of the interference-canceling UE can be improved.

A Method of scrambling reference signals, device and user equipment using the method are provided. In the method, a plurality of layers of reference signals assigned on predetermined radio resource of a plurality of layers of resource blocks with the same time and frequency resources are scrambled, the method comprising: an orthogonalizing step of multiplying each layer of reference signal selectively by one of a plurality of orthogonal cover codes (OCCs) with the same length wherein the OCC multiplied to a first layer of reference signal can be configured as different from those multiplied to other layers of reference signals; and a scrambling step of multiplying all of symbols obtained from the OCC multiplied to each of the other layers of reference signals by a symbol-common scrambling sequence wherein the symbol-common scrambling sequences can be different from each other for reference signals multiplied by the same OCC.
