TERMINAL AND TRANSMISSION METHOD
In the present invention, regarding a narrowband used in a subframe for transmitting uplink data, if a switch is made from a first narrowband used in a first subframe to a second narrowband that is different from the first narrowband, with respect to a second subframe continuing to the first subframe, a final one symbol of the first subframe and an initial one symbol of the second subframe are punctured and set as a retuning time to transmit the uplink data in the first narrowband and the second narrowband.

Techniques for transmitting demodulation reference signals using noncoherent modulation
Techniques for wireless communications are described. A demodulation reference signal generated using user information and a noncoherent modulation technique may be communicated between wireless devices. A data sequence may be extracted from the demodulation reference signal based on demodulating the demodulation reference signal using the noncoherent modulation technique and decoding the demodulation reference signal. The data sequence may be used to reconstruct a version of the demodulation reference signal used to descramble a received version of the demodulation reference signal. The descrambled demodulation reference signal may be used to estimate a data channel between a transmitting device and a receiving device.

Linerless labels
Linerless labels are presented. A label includes a specific pattern or set of patterns of adhesive applied to one side of the label. The adhesive pattern(s) reduces contact between a cutter blade of a printer and the adhesive on the one side of the label. Moreover, the adhesive patterns reduce buildup of adhesive on the cutter blade and reduce buildup at specific locations on the cutter blade. That is, the adhesive patterns more evenly distribute adhesive buildup across the cutter blade. Consequently, the cutter blade can be used for a longer period of time before the cutter blade needs to be cleaned of the adhesive.

User terminal and radio communication method
In future radio communication systems, an uplink control channel will be transmitted properly. A user terminal has a receiving section that receives frequency hopping information, which indicates whether frequency hopping for an uplink control channel is enabled or not, and a control section that applies at least one of a spreading factor for a time-domain orthogonal cover code, a configuration of a demodulation reference code and a base sequence, to the uplink control channel, based on the frequency hopping information.
