VEHICLE ACCESS WITH SELECTIVE JAMMING RADIO SIGNAL
A jamming radio signal is selectively outputted based on an access signal. The jamming radio signal is configured to prevent an interrogation signal of a vehicle to complete an authentication of a vehicle key of the vehicle.
Privacy Device For Smart Speakers
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for a privacy blocking device configured to prevent receipt, by a listening device, of video and/or audio data until a trigger occurs. A blocker may be configured to prevent receipt of video and/or audio data by one or more microphones and/or one or more cameras of a listening device. The blocker may use the one or more microphones, the one or more cameras, and/or one or more second microphones and/or one or more second cameras to monitor for a trigger. The blocker may process the data. Upon detecting the trigger, the blocker may transmit data to the listening device. For example, the blocker may transmit all or a part of a spoken phrase to the listening device.
Signaling-type management and control method for mobile phone signal
A signaling-type method for mobile phone signals, comprising: establishing a shielding processing system, and ensuring that the frequency reference of said system is synchronized with that of a base station; using the feature that a frame signal of a base station is repeatedly transmitted according to a frame period of the base station, receiving the frame signal of the base station at different times; performing filtering processing on the frame signals of the base station using a frame averaging method, so as to obtain purified frame reference signals of the base station; and using the purified frame reference signals to shield the base station.
System for physically capturing and signal-defeating unmanned aerial vehicles
A system for defeating a threat unmanned aerial vehicle including a friendly unmanned aerial vehicle and a containment system. The containment system is deployable from the friendly unmanned aerial vehicle and includes a signal blocking enclosure and a capturing device. The signal blocking enclosure is formed of a conductive material for shielding radio frequency signals from propagating in or out of the signal blocking enclosure. The capturing device is configured for arresting the threat unmanned aerial vehicle and positioning an arrested threat unmanned aerial vehicle within the signal blocking enclosure.
Interfering radio and vehicle key locker
A jamming radio signal is outputted to interfere with an interrogation signal emitted by a vehicle for verifying a tag of a vehicle key that provides access to the vehicle. An access signal including access data is received. The output of the jamming radio signal is halted, at least temporarily, when the access data matches an access code so that the tag of the vehicle key can be authenticated.
Vehicle wireless device detection
The disclosure includes an apparatus comprising a diagnostic unit configured to communicate with a rules engine to determine whether a transmission detected in a vehicle is classified as driver wireless device usage based on passenger data indicating whether a passenger is present in the vehicle. The disclosure also includes a system comprising a shielding unit configured to transmit a noise signal to interrupt a transmission detected in a vehicle, and a diagnostic unit configured to communicate with a rules engine to determine whether the detected transmission is classified as driver wireless device usage based on the passenger data indicating whether a passenger is present in the vehicle, and activate a recording if the transmission is classified as driver wireless device usage.
Acoustic metamaterial
A metamaterial comprising, a plurality of acoustic vector field sensors, each configured to sense an acoustic vector field of a fluid within a fluid-filled space in response to fluid waves, and producing an electrical signal corresponding to the sensed acoustic vector field; a processor configured to perform a time and space transform on the electrical signal; and at least one phased array transducer, configured to emit fluid waves according to a produced acoustic vector field pattern dependent on a result of the time and space transform, a within a portion of the fluid.
Blocking jamming signals intended to disrupt communications
Jamming systems uses wireless signals (e.g., radio waves) to deliberately prevent a target from accurately receiving desired wireless signals. The examples herein disclose an anti-jamming system that mitigates an effect that jamming signals have on a radio receiver. To do so, the anti-jamming system generates a plasma shield in a region of space between the target and the jamming system. Plasma is opaque to electromagnetic energy meaning that radio signals, lasers, microwave energy, and the like are unable to pass through the plasma, and instead, are absorbed by the plasma. As such, the jamming signals emitted by the jamming system are absorbed by the plasma shield and do not interfere with the target's radio receiver.
