DISRUPTION TO AN OPERATION OF AN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE
There may be provided a method for inducing a disruption to an operation of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that communicates with a remote controller, said method may include determining to induce the disruption to the operation of the UAV; and transmitting, to the UAV, one or more disrupting commands that once executed by the at UAV causes a unit of the UAV to malfunction, the malfunction induces the disruption to the operation of the UAV.
SIGNAL MASKING FOR SECURE BACKSCATTERED COMMUNICATION
Examples are disclosed that relate to improving security of radio frequency (RF) backscattered communication. In one example, a RF device includes a primary RF signal receiver, a secondary signal receiver, a signal mixer, and a transmitter. The primary RF signal receiver is configured to receive a RF carrier signal sent from a base station. The secondary signal receiver is configured to receive a masking signal from the base station. The signal mixer is configured to generate a response signal based at least on the RF carrier signal and generate a mixed signal by mixing the response signal and the masking signal. The transmitter is configured to broadcast the mixed signal, via backscattering, as a masked backscattered signal.
Alarm Initiation When Sensor is Intentionally Jammed
Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for alarm initiation when a sensor is intentionally jammed. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a connected home system can include a controller device and a sensor device. The sensor device can include a processor and memory. The memory can store sensor instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the sensor device to perform sensor operations. In particular, the sensor device can detect a jamming signal originating, for example, from a jamming device that is intentionally attempting to jam operations of the sensor device. The sensor device can determine whether the jamming signal is above a jamming alarm threshold. If the sensor device determines that the jamming signal is above the jamming alarm threshold, the sensor device can generate a jamming alarm event that is directed to the controller device. The sensor device can send the jamming alarm event to the controller device.
Special energy sensing espionage detector
An energy sensing espionage detector is disclosed. The detector is designed to alert on compromised LED lighting sources used by spies on unsuspecting corporations and individuals. The detector counters one threat vector that is emerging from newly mandated energy policies to replace conventional lighting with energy efficient LED lighting. The detector senses that information is being transmitted by the light source using pulsed or modulated energy that is not detectable by the human eye.
System and method for preventing unauthorized recording, retransmission and misuse of audio and video
In some embodiments, a method includes receiving, at a device, digital audio content to be converted by a digital-to-analog converter to produce analog audio content. The digital audio content has at least one audible frequency. The method also includes selecting, at the device, a first signal and a second signal to output with the analog audio content. The first signal has an inaudible carrier frequency and a bandwidth, and the second signal also has an inaudible carrier frequency and a bandwidth. A difference between the first signal and the second signal is an undesired audible signal. The method further includes outputting, from the device, the analog audio content, the first signal and the second signal, such that when the analog audio content is detected by a recording device the undesired audible signal is detected with the analog audio content.
Systems and methods for detecting, tracking and identifying small unmanned systems such as drones
A system for providing integrated detection and countermeasures against unmanned aerial vehicles include a detecting element, a location determining element and an interdiction element. The detecting element detects an unmanned aerial vehicle in flight in the region of, or approaching, a property, place, event or very important person. The location determining element determines the exact location of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The interdiction element can either direct the unmanned aerial vehicle away from the property, place, event or very important person in a non-destructive manner, or can cause disable the unmanned aerial vehicle in a destructive manner.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
There is provided an information processing device that enables recognition that there is a sensor from which a state of a user is likely to be acquired from a circumference, the information processing device including: an acquiring unit configured to acquire information relating to a sensor which is likely to acquire a state of a user on the basis of notification information for allowing recognition of existence of a sensor located around the user.
USING PHOTONIC EMISSION TO DEVELOP ELECTROMAGNETIC EMISSION MODELS
A method and apparatus related to developing electromagnetic emission and power models for a target device using photonic emissions thereof are provided. Data of photonic emissions of a target device during a first period of time with the target device in one or more modes is recorded. Data of electromagnetic emissions of the target device during the first period of time with the target device in the one or more modes is also recorded. The recorded data of the photonic emissions and the recorded data of the electromagnetic emissions are correlated to establish one or more electromagnetic emission models for the target device. The one or more electromagnetic emission models enable predictive analysis of emissions by the target device.
