Systems and methods for communication of channel state information
Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to a technique for communicating Channel State Information (CSI) feedback. In some aspects, the CSI feedback is communicated in a very high throughput (VHT) wireless communications system.
Method and device for receiving data unit
Method and device for receiving a data unit are disclosed. A method for receiving a PPDU including a PPDU header and a data field of an STA may comprise the step of: an STA receiving the PPDU header from an AP; the STA determining whether the PPDU transfers a scanning frame on the basis of the PPDU header; and the STA determining whether to decode the data field on the basis of whether to perform a scanning procedure and whether the PPDU transfers the scanning frame.
Systems and methods for downlink control information format sizing
Systems and methods configured to provide size matching of downlink control information (DCI) formats to restrict a number of DCI format sizes for a set of DCI formats for concurrent use are described. In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, size matching at least two DCI formats of a set of DCI formats to restrict a number of DCI format sizes for the set of DCI formats for concurrent use is implemented. Restrictions with respect to the number of DCI format sizes for the set of DCI formats may correspond both to a first number of DCI sizes parameter based on a total number of DCI format sizes per wireless communication slot, and to a second number of DCI sizes parameter based on a total number of DCI format sizes for DCI formats used to carry DCI payload encoded using an identifier per wireless communication slot.
Base station, terminal device and radio communication system
A base station is configured to transmit control information to a terminal device in a radio communication system, wherein an error detection code that is masked by predetermined identification information is attached to the control information, the base station including a generator configured to generate, upon detecting that a length of first information that is to be masked by the predetermined identification information to generate the error detection code does not correspond to a length of the predetermined identification information, second information that corresponds to the length of the predetermined identification information; and an error detection code generator configured to generate, upon detecting that the second information is generated, the error detection code in which the second information is masked by the predetermined identification information.
HARQ SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GRANT-FREE UPLINK TRANSMISSIONS
Systems and methods are disclosed for performing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) for grant-free uplink transmissions. Some of the systems and methods disclosed herein may address problems such as how to perform acknowledgement (ACK) and/or negative acknowledgement (NACK), how to determine and signal retransmission timing, how to determine the transmission/retransmission attempt and the redundancy version (RV), and/or how to perform the HARQ combining.
Systems and methods for generating and decoding short control frames in wireless communications
Systems, methods, and devices for communicating short control frames are described herein. In some aspects, a method of wireless communication includes generating a control frame comprising a contention free end (CF-end) frame, the CF-end frame comprising a physical layer preamble having a type field, the type field including an indicator indicating the CF-end frame is a null data packet (NDP). The method further includes transmitting the control frame.
Methods Used in Control Node and Serving Radio Node, and Associated Devices
The present disclosure discloses a method used in a control node and an associated control node. The control node controls a serving radio node in a wireless communication network and the serving radio node serves one or more client radio nodes which are connected to the serving radio node via one or more links. The method includes determining to apply a sounding and sensing related configuration for the serving radio node in each link of the one or more links, if at least one link related parameter of the link satisfies a first predefined condition; and transmitting an enablement signal to the serving radio node, the enablement signal indicating enabling application of the sounding and sensing related configuration in the link. The present disclosure further discloses a method used in a serving radio node under control of a control node and an associated serving radio node. Moreover, the present disclosure discloses another method used in a control node and an associated control node.
RECEPTION APPARATUS, RECEPTION METHOD, TRANSMISSION APPARATUS, AND TRANSMISSION METHOD
There is provided a reception apparatus including a first acquisition unit which acquires, preceding text format second signaling data to be transmitted in a lower-level layer than an IP layer in a hierarchy of a protocol of an IP transmission system and containing control information independent of a service identified by an IP address, binary format first signaling data containing a flag indicating whether the second signaling data exists in digital broadcast using the IP transmission system, a second acquisition unit which acquires the second signaling data on the basis of the first signaling data, and a control unit which controls operation of the units which perform various types of processing on the basis of the second signaling data. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a television receiver.
UPLINK CONTROL SIGNALING IN CELLULAR TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method, apparatus, and computer program for controlling allocation of control message fields in uplink transmission in a cellular telecommunication system are presented. Uplink control message fields are allocated to the resources of a physical uplink shared traffic channel according to an uplink transmission scheme selected for a user terminal. The control message fields are allocated so that transmission performance of the control messages is optimized for the selected uplink transmission scheme.
RECEPTION APPARATUS, RECEPTION METHOD, TRANSMISSION APPARATUS, AND TRANSMISSION METHOD
The present technology relates to a reception apparatus, a reception method, a transmission apparatus, and a transmission method which can use binary format signaling data and text format signaling data in combination.
