The pair of the cyclic shifts or an index given to the pair of cyclic shifts is determined based on a phase rotation.

Method and apparatus for transmitting grant-free based uplink data in wireless communication system
Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting grant-free based uplink data in a wireless communication system. Specifically, a terminal receives, from a base station, allocation information for a grant-free uplink resource that is semi-statically allocated. The terminal receives, from the base station, allocation information for a first reference signal used for initial transmission of uplink data and allocation information for a second reference signal used for retransmission of the uplink data. The terminal transmits the uplink data through the grant-free uplink resource by using the first reference signal. If decoding of the uplink data fails, the terminal receives, from the base station, an uplink grant corresponding to the second reference signal. The terminal retransmits the uplink data by using the second reference signal on the basis of the uplink grant. The first reference signal is commonly allocated to the terminal, and the second reference signal is specifically allocated to the terminal.

Provided are a method and apparatus for sending a data packet, and a method and apparatus for receiving a data packet. The method for sending a data packet comprises: sending a first message to a terminal, wherein the first message at least indicates a first index of a first data packet to be sent; and sending the first data packet to the terminal, wherein the first data packet is used for instructing the terminal to abandon receiving the first data packet in cases where the first index is the same as a second index of a second data packet which has been received by the terminal, wherein the same data packets are configured with the same index.
SELECTING DESTINATION BASED ON HARQ FEEDBACK
A method and apparatus for selecting a destination based on hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback in a wireless communication system is provided. A first wireless device selects a destination, from multiple destinations, having a first logical channel with a highest priority among multiple logical channels having data available for transmission. The HARQ feedback is disabled for the first logical channel. The first wireless device selects one or more second logical channels not configured with the HARQ feedback among the multiple logical channels.

A method for performing wireless communication by a first apparatus and an apparatus for supporting same are provided. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) from a second apparatus; receiving a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) related to the PSCCH from the second apparatus; determining a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource related to the PSSCH, on the basis of a slot and sub-channel related to the PSSCH; and obtaining a channel busy ratio (CBR) value related to PSFCH transmission on the PSFCH resource. The CBR value may be obtained on the basis of (i) a first slot before a first offset from a slot that received the PSSCH related to the PSFCH resource, and (ii) measurement in a time section between the first slot and a second slot before a second offset.

A programmable switch includes a plurality of ports for communicating with a plurality of network devices. A packet for a distributed system is received via a port and at least one indicator is identified in the received packet. Reliability metadata associated with a network device used for the distributed system is generated using the at least one indicator. The generated reliability metadata is sent to a controller for the distributed system for predicting or determining a reliability of at least one of the network device and a communication link for the network device and the programmable switch.
Discard of PDCP PDU submitted for transmission
A method of discarding PDCP PDUs submitted for transmission includes submitting the PDCP PDU to a first entity for transmission over a first physical layer, and submitting the PDCP PDU to a second entity for transmission over a second physical layer. In response to determining that a predetermined time period has elapsed since the submission of the PDCP PDU, the first entity and the second entity are instructed to discard the PDCP PDU without transmission, or one of the first entity and the second entity are instructed to discard the PDCP PDU in response to an indication of transmission or delivery of the PDCP PDU by the other entity. METHOD FOR DETERMINING PHYSICAL SIDELINK FEEDBACK CHANNEL RESOURCE AND APPARATUS
A method for determining a physical sidelink feedback channel resource and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: a first terminal device sends multicast information to at least two second terminal devices. The first terminal device determines, based on a total quantity of terminal devices in a multicast group and a resource group of physical sidelink feedback channel resources, a physical sidelink feedback channel resource corresponding to each second terminal device. The first terminal device receives, based on the physical sidelink feedback channel resource corresponding to each second terminal device, feedback information sent by each of the at least two second terminal devices. According to the foregoing method, physical sidelink feedback channel resources can be allocated to the terminal devices in the multicast group.
