DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS
This application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technologies. One example data transmission method includes: receiving scheduling information from a first communication apparatus; determining transmission indication information based on the scheduling information; receiving, based on the scheduling information, a first transport block from the first communication apparatus, and determining first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information of the first transport block; and determining a first HARQ process based on the first HARQ information and the transmission indication information, and allocating the first transport block to the first HARQ process.
Scalable and reliable multicast protocols
This disclosure relates to transmitting multicast information over a network, such as a wireless local area network (WLAN). A source device may transmit a multicast and a request for feedback to a plurality of sink devices. The sink devices may transmit feedback based on whether they successfully decoded the multicast. The source device may retransmit the multicast (or a portion thereof) based on the feedback.
Transmitter and shortening method thereof
A transmitter is provided. The transmitter includes: an outer encoder configured to encode input bits to generate outer-encoded bits including the input bits and parity bits; a zero padder configured to generate a plurality of bit groups each of which is formed of a same number of bits, maps the outer-encoded bits to some of the bits in the bit groups, and pads zero bits to remaining bits in the bit groups, based on a predetermined shortening pattern, thereby to constitute Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) information bits; and an LDPC encoder configured to encode the LDPC information bits, wherein the remaining bits in which zero bits are padded include some of the bit groups which are not sequentially disposed in the LDPC information bits.
Multicast feedback based on reference signal transmissions
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A set of reference signal resources that are configured for sounding reference signal transmissions may be shared among user equipments (UEs) that are enabled to receive multicast communications. Each of the shared set of reference signal resources may be associated with set(s) of channel state information. UEs may measure a multicast channel to determine channel state information for the multicast channel and transmit sounding reference signals over one of the shared reference signal resources that is associated with the set of channel state information determined by the UE. A base station that receives the sounding reference signal may transmit a subsequent multicast transmission for the UEs using transmission parameters that are adapted for the set(s) of channel state information associated with the occupied sounding reference signal resource.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND METHOD
The present technology relates to a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method that make it possible to execute coordinated transmission via a desired access point. The wireless communication terminal starts setting up the coordinated transmission in order to cause a plurality of wireless communication apparatuses to execute the coordinated transmission. The present technology is applicable to a wireless communication system.
TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
A terminal includes: a receiving unit that receives specific sidelink control information related to an indication that disables a function of performing Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) feedback corresponding to a sidelink to a base station; and a control unit that performs a specific operation for the HARQ feedback in a case where the receiving unit receives the specific sidelink control information related to the indication.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING SIDELINK RETRANSMISSION
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for performing sidelink communication is provided. The method may include performing initial transmission to a second apparatus, performing at least one of first retransmission to the second apparatus, receiving HARQ NACK related to the initial transmission and the at least one of first retransmission from the second apparatus, and performing at least one of second retransmission to the second apparatus.
SIDELINK CONTROL INFORMATION STAGE 2 FORMAT
Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for performing sidelink communication. An example method generates SCI stage 1 and stage 2 for transmitting a transport block (TB) to a user equipment device (UE). The method includes determining the type of sidelink communication for transmitting the TB. An SCI stage 2 format is selected based on the type of sidelink communication. An SCI stage 2 payload is encoded in accordance with the selected SCI stage 2 format. The selected SCI stage 2 format value is encoded in an SCI stage 1 payload. The SCI stage 1 payload and SCI stage 2 payload are transmitted to the UE.
COMMUNICATION APPARATUSES AND COMMUNICATION METHODS FOR UTILIZATION OF RESERVED RESOURCE
The present disclosure provides communication apparatuses and communication methods for utilization of released resource. The communication apparatuses include a communication apparatus comprising: a receiver which, in operation, receives release information relating to a reserved resource from another communication apparatus, the reserved resource being reserved for a transmission from the another communication apparatus; and circuitry which, in operation, selects a resource from a plurality of resource candidates when the communication apparatus is to do a subsequent transmission, wherein the plurality of resource candidates includes the reserved resource.
TECHNIQUES FOR BLIND COOPERATIVE RETRANSMISSIONS
A network device is configured to: obtain, from a first communication device, quality information about a quality of a radio link of the first communication device to one or more second communication devices; and provide to the one or more second communication devices and to the first communication device control information. The control information includes: membership information about a membership of the one or more second communication devices to one or more retransmission groups, and instructions on a group-specific retransmission of a data packet by members of a retransmission group.
