Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink grant via downlink control signaling for a cell group. The UE may determine an uplink error rate for the cell group based on the downlink control signaling. The UE may identify a radio link failure condition for uplink based on the uplink error rate exceeding an uplink error rate threshold. The UE may transmit a radio link failure indication indicating that the radio link failure condition is based on the uplink error rate. The network may send a cell group reconfiguration message to the UE to release the cell group.

Pseudo channel hopping in mesh networks without time synchronization

A method for pseudo channel hopping in a node of a wireless mesh network is provided that includes scanning each channel of a plurality of channels used for packet transmission by the node, wherein each channel is scanned for a scan dwell time associated with the channel, updating statistics for each channel based on packets received by the node during the scanning of the channel, and selecting a channel of the plurality of channels for scanning based on the statistics when the scan dwell time of a currently scanned channel ends.

A measured signal of a receiver to be measured is determined. Measured signals of other receivers except the receiver to be measured are zero. Multiple transmitted signals are determined based on the measured signals. The multiple transmitted signals are transmitted through multiple measurement antennas. When a bit error rate of the receiver to be measured does not equal a preset bit error rate, the measured signal is adjusted, determining the multiple transmitted signals based on the updated measured signal. When the bit error rate equals the preset error rate, a power of the measured signal is determined as the radiant sensitivity of the receiver to be measured.
