ARTICLES INCLUDING COATED FIBERS AND METHODS OF MAKING COATED FIBERS AND ARTICLES
The present disclosure is directed to articles that include one or more coated fiber(s) (i.e., fiber(s) with a cured coating disposed thereon), where the coating includes a matrix of crosslinked polymers and optionally a colorant (e.g., pigment particles or dye or both). The cured coating is a product of crosslinking a coating composition including uncrosslinked polymers (e.g., a dispersion of uncrosslinked polymers in a carrier, wherein the uncrosslinked polymers are crosslinked to form the matrix of crosslinked polymers). The present disclosure is also directed to articles including the coated fibers, methods of forming the coated fibers and articles, and methods of making articles including the coated fibers.
COUPLEABLE FIN APPARATUSES AND BOOT TOE BODIES
A method of coupling a boot toe body to a fin apparatus is disclosed. The fin apparatus includes a fin body coupled to a boot coupling body. The method involves connecting a first boot connector on a first end of the boot coupling body to a first complementary boot connector on a top side of the boot toe body, and connecting a second boot connector on a second end of the boot coupling body to a second complementary boot connector on a bottom side of the boot toe body. Boot toe bodies, fin apparatuses, and systems including the boot toe bodies and fin apparatuses are also disclosed.
COUPLEABLE FIN APPARATUSES AND BOOT TOE BODIES
A method of coupling a boot toe body to a fin apparatus is disclosed. The fin apparatus includes a fin body coupled to a boot coupling body. The method involves connecting a first boot connector on a first end of the boot coupling body to a first complementary boot connector on a top side of the boot toe body, and connecting a second boot connector on a second end of the boot coupling body to a second complementary boot connector on a bottom side of the boot toe body. Boot toe bodies, fin apparatuses, and systems including the boot toe bodies and fin apparatuses are also disclosed.

An sports shoe that changes shape in two ways. Firstly, a change of shape occurs when the sports shoe is used to kick a ball with the toes. This change of shape maximizes the area of contact with a ball that is kicked with the toes. The hook openings on the support surface or contact surface in question are at least substantially all situated at the same side of the hook stems in question, when considered in a first direction parallel to the support surface or contact surface in question.

A configurable wearable apparatus for water sports includes a boot and a fin pivotably attached to the boot. In a first configuration, the fin is oriented towards the toe portion of the boot. In a second configuration, the fin is oriented towards the heel portion of the boot. The fin can be attached to the boot by rods having first and second ends. The first end of each rod is attached to the fin and the second end of each rod is attached to a pivot point on the side of the boot. The second end of the rods can be releasably secured to the toe portion or to the heel portion of the boot with press-fit or friction-fit assemblies.
