Reference Signal Transmission Method and Related Device
A reference signal transmission method is provided to reduce power consumption. The method may be applied to time-frequency tracking. The method includes a network device sends configuration information of a reference signal RS to a terminal device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one periodic target sending time period of the RS; and the network device sends the RS in a first target sending time period based on a first periodicity, where the first target sending time period belongs to the at least one periodic target sending time period. In this case, the RS is sent only in a part of the target sending time period, that is, the RS is not an always-on signal, and wake-up duration of UE is short. This helps UE reduce power consumption.
Uplink control information transmission method and device
An uplink control information transmission method and a device, the device including a processor, and a memory storing a computer program for execution by the processor, the computer program including instructions for receiving physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs), where the PDCCHs are used to schedule physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs), and where the PDCCHs comprise a PDCCH in a first PDCCH set and a PDCCH in a second PDCCH set, generating a first codebook and a second codebook, where the first codebook corresponds to the first PDCCH set, where the second codebook corresponds to the second PDCCH set, and where the first PDCCH set and the second PDCCH set correspond to different values of codebook identification information of the PDCCHs, and sending one or both of the first codebook and the second codebook.
METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING/RECEIVING CONTROL INFORMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
The present specification discloses an invention relating to a method for transmitting an MTC physical downlink control channel (MPDCCH) by a base station in a wireless communication system supporting machine type communication (MTC). According to the present invention, a base station transmits, to a terminal, configuration information related to the transmission of an MPDCCH and maps the MPDCCH onto multiple resource elements (REs) of at least one first symbol constituting a first slot of a special subframe. The special subframe is a subframe in which, among symbols constituting the subframe, the number of symbols for data transmission is smaller than or equal to a predetermined number. The base station transmits the MPDCCH to the terminal over the multiple resource elements, wherein the mapping step is performed by copying at least one second symbol of a second slot adjacent to the first slot onto the at least one first symbol.
System and Method for Reporting Signal Quality Information
A wireless user equipment (UE) may employ any of various mechanisms for reporting signal quality measurements to a wireless network. The UE may impose a time delay between measurement and reporting, based on a delay parameter K. The UE may average measurements obtained at different measurement instances. The UE may employ any of various schemes for prioritizing transmission of one type of report over another, when temporal collisions occur between different types of report. The UE may employ a differential report that includes a state for indicating that a beam is not workable. The UE may employ a beam index that includes a state for indicating an invalid beam. A base station may receive a signal quality report and determine workability of a beam, e.g., by triggering a report of channel state information.

Methods and devices of transmitting and receiving information and a terminal are provided. The information transmission method includes transmitting a first synchronization signal block SSB, wherein the first SSB includes a physical broadcast channel PBCH, the first SSB is configured in a first manner or carries first information, the first information indicates first offset information about a time-domain position of a second synchronization signal block SSB relative to a first position.

TECHNIQUES FOR SIDELINK REFERENCE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may communicate with a second UE using a shared radio frequency spectrum band. The first UE may perform a listen before talk (LBT) and may transmit a first positioning reference signal (PRS) based on a result of the LBT. The first UE may transmit the first PRS using a first time resource that is based on a duration of the first PRS. In response to detecting the first PRS, the second UE may transmit a second PRS using a second time resource that is based on the duration of the first PRS. The second UE may transmit the second PRS based on performing an LBT without a random back-off, which may enable the second UE to transmit the second PRS with reduced latency and improved reliability.
