METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING UPLINK CONTROL INFORMATION AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
A method for transmitting uplink control information and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. In a method for transmitting uplink control information using a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in a wireless communication system, the method is performed by a terminal and includes receiving downlink control information including an accumulated number of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCH) transmissions associated with a cell group configured for the terminal, coding the uplink control information using the accumulated number of PDSCH transmissions, and transmitting the coded uplink control information using the PUSCH.
LTE-TDD CARRIER AGGREGATION ENHANCEMENT FOR HALF-DUPLEX UES
Enhancement of long term evolution (LTE) time division duplex (TDD) carrier aggregation for half duplex user equipments (UEs) is discussed. In one aspect of enhanced TDD carrier aggregation, the UE monitoring for a control signal indicating subframe configuration for each TDD cell of an aggregated set of TDD cells in the same band. The UE may determine the downlink subframes and receive downlink transmissions on such subframes based on the control signal. In another aspect, the UE compares the number of scheduled uplink and downlink subframes between the TDD cells in the same band to determine the downlink error-control messaging timing for each cell.
MULTIPLE ANTENNAS AND INTERRUPTION TIME VALUES FOR SOUNDING REFERENCE SIGNAL (SRS) SWITCHING
A user equipment (UE) may transmit a sounding reference signal (SRS) on a component carrier (CC) that is otherwise configured for downlink communications. Due to a carrier aggregation configuration or UE capability, the UE may need to retune certain components to transmit on the CC. If the SRS transmission, including the retuning time, collides with another transmission (e.g., in uplink or downlink) the UE may drop the SRS, drop the other transmission, or puncture the other transmission to facilitate the SRS transmission. The determination about a collision may depend on the retuning time, channel, or type of control information in the other transmission. In some cases, a UE may drop the other transmission if transmitting the SRS would prevent the UE from transmitting a demodulation reference signal, hybrid automatic repeat request (HARD) feedback. In some cases, the determination may be based upon a prioritization and may also depend on a subsequent subframe.
METHOD FOR PHICH RESOURCE ALLOCATION
A method is disclosed for PHICH resource allocation in a wireless communication system that supports flexible TDD UL-DL configuration and in which different TDD UL-DL configurations are available and the TDD UL-DL configuration used by first UEs which operate according to the flexible TDD configuration can be different to the TDD UL-DL configuration used by second UEs which operate according to a long term TDD UL-DL configuration. The method comprising allocating a PHICH resource for both first UEs and second UEs according to LTE timing rules applicable to the TDD UL-DL configuration in use by second UEs.
ESTABLISHMENT OF CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET IN CELLULAR NETWORK
Some demonstrative embodiments include devices, systems and/or methods to establish a connection to the Internet via a local gateway (L-GW) function for a LIPA or a SIPTO@LN. The establishment of the connection to the Internet may be performed, for example, by at least one of an E-RAB SETUP procedure, an INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP procedure, an INITIAL UE MESSAGE procedure or an UPLINK NAS TRANSPORT procedure.
DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM FOR TIME DIVISION DUPLEX
According to an example embodiment of the inventive concept, a master unit for time division duplex includes a passive signal distributor for outputting, to a second node, a downlink signal input through a first node, and outputting, to the first node, an uplink signal input through a third node, and a signal transceiver for transmitting, to a remote unit, the downlink signal input from the second node, and outputting, to the third node, an uplink amplification signal received from the remote unit.
Method, device, storage medium, and system for determining time-domain resource
A method, device, storage medium and system for determining a time-domain resource determination are provided. The method includes that: allocation information for scheduling a time-domain resource is received from a network device (S401), the time-domain resource to be scheduled including a time-domain resource required by channel transmission; a time-domain position is determined for the time-domain resource to be scheduled based on a preset rule according to UL/DL time-domain resource configuration information and the allocation information; and channel transmission is performed with the network device through the time-domain resource to be scheduled according to the time-domain position corresponding to the time-domain resource to be scheduled.
Method and apparatus for uplink transmission in communication system
A method and an apparatus for uplink transmission in a communication system. An operation method of a terminal includes: receiving, from a base station, first SFI information indicating n flexible symbol(s); receiving, from the base station, second SFI information re-indicating m symbol(s) of the n flexible symbol(s) as uplink (UL) symbol(s); and transmitting an SRS to the base station through the m symbol(s) re-indicated as a UL symbol among the n flexible symbol(s) indicated as a flexible symbol. Therefore, performance of the communication system can be improved.
Communication resource configurations for coexistence
Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for communication resource configurations for dual connectivity. In one embodiment, a wireless device is configured to receive an indication of a first Uplink-Downlink, UL-DL, configuration; compare the first UL-DL configuration to a reference UL-DL configuration and determine whether a communication direction of at least one communication resource indicated in the first UL-DL configuration matches a communication direction of at least one corresponding communication resource indicated by the reference UL-DL configuration; and based on the comparison of the reference UL-DL configuration to the first UL-DL configuration, determine that the at least one communication resource is to be used for one of a Long Term Evolution, LTE, radio access network and a New Radio, NR, access network.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING INTERFERENCE ACROSS OPERATORS
Aspects of the present disclosure provide an apparatus and techniques for managing interference across operators. A base station identifies a first region of a first frequency spectrum assigned to a first operator, wherein uplink and downlink subframe configurations for Time Division Duplex (TDD) communications using the first region and a first region of a second frequency spectrum assigned to a second operator are synchronized between the first and second operator. The base station further identifies a second region of the first frequency spectrum, wherein uplink and downlink subframe configurations for TDD communications using the second region and a second region of the second frequency spectrum are not synchronized between the first and second operator. The base station communicates with one or more user equipments using the first and second region of the first frequency spectrum.
