The first delay information set may indicate a delay position of a strong path, and uplink channel estimation accuracy can be improved.

Wake-up-radio link adaptation

An interface circuit in a device, e.g., an access point, may perform link adaptation. During operation, the interface circuit may provide a wake-up frame, e.g., a LP-WUR packet, associated with a channel in a band of frequencies, where the wake-up frame is intended for a wake-up radio in a recipient device. Then, the interface circuit may receive, from the recipient device, feedback information associated with a second channel in a second band of frequencies, where the feedback information is associated with a main radio in the recipient device. Based at least in part on the feedback information, the interface circuit may estimate one or more communication metrics associated with the channel in the band of frequencies. Moreover, based at least in part on the one or more communication metrics, the interface circuit may determine a data rate for use in communication via the channel in the band of frequencies.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method of receiving DCI by a UE includes receiving bundling information regarding REGs via higher layer signaling, performing blind detection for a PDCCH in a CORESET configured on a plurality of OFDM symbols, and acquiring DCI from the PDCCH. When the bundling information indicates a first value, the UE may perform bundling such that only REGs locating on a same RB and corresponding to different OFDM symbols in the CORESET, are bundled as 1 REG bundle, and when the bundling information indicates a second value, the UE may perform bundling such that the REGs locating on the same RB and corresponding to the different OFDM symbols are bundled as 1 REG bundle along with REGs locating on different RBs in the CORESET, and the UE may perform the blind detection of the PDCCH by assuming same precoding for REGs belonging to a same REG bundle as a result of REG bundling.

Method of receiving signal stream and a receiver

Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a receiver and a method for receiving signal. The method comprises estimating, by a receiver, channel for each of a plurality of antennas using the received signal stream, to produce a plurality of estimated channels. Also, method comprises grouping a predetermined number of received signals from the received signal stream and estimated channels associated with the received signals to obtain a plurality of groups. Further, a group specific filtering is performed on the received signals and corresponding estimated channels of each of the plurality of groups to obtain filtered received signals and a plurality of filtered estimated channels. Thereafter, the method comprises performing second filtering on all the filtered received signals to produce second filtered signals, which are processed to produce an output.

System and method for generating reference signal with low peak average power ratio

A reference signaling scheme is provided that is based on the use of a Zadoff Chu sequence with cyclic repetition, optionally code division multiplexing precoding, together with frequency domain spectral shaping (FDSS). A specific pulse shape design for the FDSS part of the reference signal scheme in some embodiments involves the use of a raised cosine pulse raised to the power of β. The new solution for generating reference signals has a Low peak average power ratio that matches the PAPR of SC-OQAM, good channel estimation performance, and the ability to implement CDM in the frequency domain to increase multiplexing gain.

A codebook feedback method includes a network device sending a first indication information to a terminal device, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate at least one set of basis vector sets, and the at least one set of basis vector sets includes a frequency domain basis (FD basis) set or a spatial domain-frequency domain-basis (SD-FD-basis) set.

REFERENCE SIGNAL DESIGN FOR CHANNEL ESTIMATION AND POWER AMPLIFIER MODELING

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform both a channel estimation and a non-linearity estimation (e.g., a power amplifier (PA) model estimation) on a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmitted by a base station. For example, the DMRS may include two portions that correspond to two peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) values. Low PAPR values may enable the UE to perform the channel estimation, and high PAPR values may enable the UE to perform the PA non-linearity estimation. Accordingly, a first portion of the DMRS may correspond to a lower PAPR value, and the second portion of the DMRS may correspond to a higher PAPR value. In some examples, the base station may signal different parameters for each portion of the DMRS to the UE, or the UE may use fixed values to receive each portion of the DMRS.
