Proposed in the present specification is a method for transmitting and receiving urgent information in a wireless communication system supporting machine type communication, and a device for same. Specifically, a method performed by a terminal may include the steps of: receiving information including a Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) threshold value from a base station; determining a Coverage Enhancement (CE) mode on the basis of the RSRP threshold value and an RSRP measurement value; determining a Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) resource on the basis of the CE mode; and transmitting a PRACH preamble to the base station on the basis of the PRACH resource.

A wireless device receives: a first maximum total transmit power allowed for a first cell group of a first type of radio access technology; and a second maximum total transmit power allowed for a second cell group of a second type of radio access technology. It is determined that a total transmission power exceeds a value based on: a first power for transmission of first uplink signal(s) via the first cell group, and a second power for transmission of second uplink signal(s) via the second cell group. The first and second powers are less than or equal to the first and second maximum total transmit powers respectively. Scheduled transmission of the first uplink signal(s) of the first cell group is dropped in response to the first cell group being of the first type of radio access technology. Second uplink signal(s) are transmitted to a base station.

Resource management method and apparatus in user-centric wireless network

Aspects relate to reporting channel state information (CSI) for a plurality of multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs) in a communication system. Downlink (DL) channels received from multiple TRPs are measured and a plurality of transmission hypotheses based on the measured DL channels from the multiple TRPs. The CSI is transmitted to a network in the communication system and includes a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) having at least a spatial domain basis matrix that is common to all of the transmission hypotheses and at least one coefficient matrix that is based on the spatial domain basis matrix.

Techniques for sparse code multiple access (SCMA) codebook design

The present disclosure describes a method, an apparatus, and a computer readable medium for a multilayer transmission in a wireless network. For example, the method may include generating a group of binary data bits for resources of each layer of a plurality of layers, mapping the group of binary data bits of each layer of the plurality of layers to respective code words in a signal constellation, combining the code words, and transmitting the combined code word to receiver in the wireless network. As such, the multilayer transmission in a wireless network is achieved.
