A system may include a number of records in a database associated with a number of activities to be performed by a first user. The system may also include a processor that may receive a request comprising information regarding a second user and an activity to be performed by the first user, identify a plurality of pre-defined message templates based on the request, and receive a selection of one of the plurality of pre-defined message templates. The processor may then generate message text incorporating the one of the plurality of pre-defined message templates for review and display via an electronic display, such that the message text is electronically stored in a dialogue window. The processor may display the message text in the dialogue in response to receiving an approval of the message.

Provided is a method performed by a computer apparatus for providing a multimedia message including receiving a request for transmitting a multimedia message to a receiver terminal from a sender terminal, determining a first context by analyzing first contextual information collected from each of the sender terminal and the receiver terminal, determining a first type of data to be received from the sender terminal and a second type of data to be transmitted to the receiver terminal based on the determined first context, both the first type of data and the second type of data being based on original multimedia data included in the multimedia message, and processing the request for transmitting the multimedia message by receiving the determined first type of data from the sender terminal, and transmitting the determined second type of data to the receiver terminal.

A chat interface comprising at least one chat message is displayed. A target operation instruction is received that indicates a target operation that is to be executed on a target chat message. A messaging application provides a user interface displaying a user's threads, where each thread includes at least one message between the user and another user. Via the user interface, the user may select a thread to access messages in the thread or to add one or more messages to the thread. The messaging application also displays a sponsored content item along with the threads, but displays the sponsored content item below threads having unread messages to avoid reducing engagement with threads the user is likely to select. In some embodiments, the messaging application predicts a probability that displaying the sponsored content item above a thread including an unread message thread will cause the user not to engage with the thread and displays the sponsored content item above the thread including the unread message if the predicted probability is below a threshold.

In some embodiments, the messaging application predicts a probability that displaying the sponsored content item above a thread including an unread message thread will cause the user not to engage with the thread and displays the sponsored content item above the thread including the unread message if the predicted probability is below a threshold.
