Systems and methods consistent with various disclosed embodiments provide for managing email attachments. In one embodiment, a system is disclosed for managing email attachments. The system may include a memory storing software instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the software instructions to perform one or more operations. The operations may include providing an interface for converting an original attachment to an email. The operations may also include converting the original attachment to a modified attachment based on input received through the interface. The operations may further include substituting the original attachment to the email with the modified attachment, and providing information to send the email with the modified attachment.

An access-control device that controls access to encrypted messages. During operation, the access-control device can receive an access key for a corrupted message, and can receive a cover message digest associated with the corrupted message. The access-control device stores the access key in association with the cover message digest, and stores the cover message digest in a block chain. The one or more submitters have limited rights to the collection folder. The limited rights can include uploading rights and prohibiting a submitter from viewing files that other submitters associated with the collection folder submitted. Thus, the collection folder is able to store files from the one or more submitters, but prevent them from viewing other's submissions.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to dynamically controlling access to linked content in electronic communications. A computing platform may receive, from a user computing device, a request for a uniform resource locator associated with an email message and may evaluate the request using one or more isolation criteria. Based on evaluating the request, the computing platform may identify that the request meets at least one isolation condition associated with the one or more isolation criteria. In response to identifying that the request meets the at least one isolation condition associated with the one or more isolation criteria, the computing platform may initiate a browser mirroring session with the user computing device to provide the user computing device with limited access to a resource corresponding to the uniform resource locator associated with the email message.
