Dynamic augmented reality components
The technical problem of adding content that originates from a third party application to an augmented reality component maintained by a messaging server system is addressed by configuring the augmented reality component to modify content captured by a camera according to values of one or more attributes and by permitting delivery of said values, from the third party application to the messaging server system, in the payload of a deep link that references the identification of the augmented reality component.
Generating and accessing video content for products
In one or more implementations, video content generated using a client application may be provided to users of the client application in association with one or more products offered for purchase via the client application. Video content items presented to a user may be identified based on a level of interest of the user in relation to the respective video content items. A level of interest of the user in relation to a video content item may be based on profile information of the user.
Apparatus and locale-based method for thwarting deceptions and/or denial of services
Technical problems and their solution are disclosed regarding the location of mobile devices requesting services near a site from a server. Embodiments adapt and/or configure the transmitting device near the site, the mobile device communicating with the transmitting device using a short haul wireless communications protocol to deliver a token based upon a key shared with the server but invisible to the mobile device. The server can determine the proximity of the mobile device to the site to control actuation of the requested service or disable the service request, and possibly flushing the service request from the server. Solutions are disclosed for traffic intersections involving one or more traffic lights, elevators in buildings, fire alarms in buildings and valet parking facilities.
Method and System of Converting Email Message to AI Chat
Embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to a system and method for initiating an interactive chat via HTTP request. A web server of an organization computing system receives the HTTP request from a web client executing on a remote client. The HTTP request is triggered by a selection of a dialogue request embedded in an electronic mail message. The web server transmits an API call to a back-end computing system of the organization computing system based on information included in the HTTP request. The back-end computing system parses the API call to identify a user identifier corresponding to a user of the remote client device and a request identifier corresponding to the selected dialogue request embedded in the electronic mail message. The back-end computing system initiates the interactive chat via a text-based communication channel. The back-end computing system generates and transmits an electronic message comprising a response to the dialogue request.

DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF EXTERNAL FRAUD
Techniques for detecting instances of external fraud by monitoring digital activities that are performed with accounts associated with an enterprise are disclosed. In one example, a threat detection platform determines the likelihood that an incoming email is indicative of external fraud based on the context and content of the incoming email. To understand the risk posed by an incoming email, the threat detection platform may seek to determine not only whether the sender normally communicates with the recipient, but also whether the topic is one normally discussed by the sender and recipient. In this way, the threat detection platform can establish whether the incoming email deviates from past emails exchanged between the sender and recipient.
System and method for omnichannel text-based communication system with third-party advertisement integration
A system and method for allowing seamless integration of an omni-channel communication platform into third-party ad campaigns. An omni-channel communication platform comprises an interaction control system, an interaction routing system, and a media translation system. Users perform function calls via an application programming interface (API) to a URL generator in order to receive a custom redirect URL that may be hosted on a user's advertisement. The redirect URL intercepts customer interactions with that advertisement and allows the customer and user to communication over the customer's and user's preferred method, converting the user's communication technology to the customer's communication technology and vice-versa. Furthermore, the user may request a generated user-interface graphic that is associated with the redirect URL via the same or a different function call.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TEXT-BASED DELIVERY OF SALES PROMOTIONS WITH DEFERRED TEXT-TO-CALL INTERACTIONS
A system and method for messaging-triggered sales lead redirection which uses an interaction control server to facilitate initial communications between potential buyers and sales representatives of sellers. In an embodiment, the system comprises a triggering application installed on a mobile phone of a user (potential buyer), a media gateway server which provides context-aware advertising and through which potential buyers may be connected directly with sales representatives of a seller, and an interaction control server which controls the messaging between the mobile device and the media gateway server.
BUNDLING LINE ITEM BASED EVENTS IN AN EVENT-DRIVEN ARCHITECTURE
The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for bundling line item based events in an event-driven architecture. One example method includes receiving, at a message outbox of a first microservice, a new line-item based event. A determination is made as to whether a compatible open event bundle can be located. In response to locating the compatible open event bundle, the compatible open event bundle is updated to include the new line-item based event. In response to determining that the compatible open event bundle cannot be located, the compatible open event bundle is created as a new open event bundle and the new open event bundle is updated to include the new line-item based event. The compatible open event bundle is closed in response to a closing condition. A bundled event message is generated and sent to a second microservice.
LIVE MEETING ASSISTANCE FOR CONNECTING TO A NEW MEMBER
Meetings conducted over a network are commonplace. It is also commonplace that the participants of a meeting cannot resolve an issue that could be resolved by a non-attending party. Accordingly, systems and methods are provided wherein an unresolvable issue (for the attendees of a meeting) may be resolved by an absent participant. A message generated comprising a summary of the issue and automatically sent to the absent participant. A reply is then presented to the meeting, which may be an answer or other information or action, or the absent participant may elect to join the meeting and interact with the others in the meeting.
