The channel identifier represents an in-application messaging channel of a software application that imports the SDK as part of the software application. The server may associate the channel identifier with an end user identifier. The server may receive a two-way messaging series from the message publisher. The server may receive, from a message publisher, a command to launch the two-way messaging series. The server may determine that the end user to be an intended recipient of the two-way messaging series. The server may transmit a message to the SDK via the in-application messaging channel. The server may receive a response from the SDK. The server may perform an action based on the response.
Passive social media contact engagement
Systems and methods for passive social media contact engagement are provided. In example embodiments, a publication that represents an item available for purchase is identified. An item image for the publication is accessed. A profile image using the item image is generated. The profile image is assigned to an entity profile, corresponding to an entity associated with the publication, of a social networking service. The assignment of the profile image causes the profile image to be displayed to members of the social networking service in place of a member profile image.
Passive social media contact engagement
Systems and methods for passive social media contact engagement are provided. In example embodiments, a publication that represents an item available for purchase is identified. An item image for the publication is accessed. A profile image using the item image is generated. The profile image is assigned to an entity profile, corresponding to an entity associated with the publication, of a social networking service. The assignment of the profile image causes the profile image to be displayed to members of the social networking service in place of a member profile image.
System and method for leveraging machine learning to deliver time-sensitive content over optimal devices and channels
Systems and methods are described for leveraging machine learning to deliver time-sensitive media content offers to a consumer over an optimal device and channel. In an implementation, a server system transmits media content offers over an optimal device and channel to a user. The server system captures metadata of at least one of: the user's use of multiple devices, the user's media content preferences, the user's preferred transmission channels for receiving media content offers over the multiple devices, and the user's preferred times for receiving media content offers. The server system prepares a media content offer for transmission to the user. Based on the captured metadata, the server system selects a user device of the multiple user devices and a transmission channel of multiple transmission channels to transmit the media content offer; and transmits the media content offer to the selected user device over the selected transmission channel.
System and method for leveraging machine learning to deliver time-sensitive content over optimal devices and channels
Systems and methods are described for leveraging machine learning to deliver time-sensitive media content offers to a consumer over an optimal device and channel. In an implementation, a server system transmits media content offers over an optimal device and channel to a user. The server system captures metadata of at least one of: the user's use of multiple devices, the user's media content preferences, the user's preferred transmission channels for receiving media content offers over the multiple devices, and the user's preferred times for receiving media content offers. The server system prepares a media content offer for transmission to the user. Based on the captured metadata, the server system selects a user device of the multiple user devices and a transmission channel of multiple transmission channels to transmit the media content offer; and transmits the media content offer to the selected user device over the selected transmission channel.
Method for configuring operating time period for mailbox content and instant messaging content in system
A method for setting an operation time range of mailbox content and instant messaging content in a system is disclosed in the present invention, wherein a method for setting an operation time of mailbox content includes: selecting a role, a user or an employee as a mailbox user; setting a permission time range for each mailbox user, wherein said permission time range includes one or more of the following types: a time range from a time point, which is determined by going backwards from a current time for a fixed time length, to the current time, a time range from a start time to a current time, a time range from a deadline to a system initial time, and a time range from a start time to a deadline; and the content within the permission time range of the mailbox user in a mailbox account used by the mailbox user being operated by said mailbox user. In the present invention, by setting a permission time range, only the content set within the permission time range in the mailbox account or the instant messaging account can be operated, thus improving the security of data information in the mailbox account and the instant messaging account.

A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program, and a computer-implemented method for referring contacts to receive text message alerts. An accounts module receives first user data including an indicator that a first user requested to subscribe to receive text messages alerts. The account module adds, based at least on the received first user data, a first user account to a database of subscribers. A message generator module generates, using the processor in response to receiving the first user data, a first text message corresponding to an offer to subscribe to receive text message alerts. A communication module transmits to the first user the first text message corresponding to the offer to subscribe to receive text message alerts. The transmitted first text message can be forwarded to a second user.
Systems and methods for message alerts and referrals
A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program, and a computer-implemented method for referring contacts to receive text message alerts. An accounts module receives first user data including an indicator that a first user requested to subscribe to receive text messages alerts. The account module adds, based at least on the received first user data, a first user account to a database of subscribers. A message generator module generates, using the processor in response to receiving the first user data, a first text message corresponding to an offer to subscribe to receive text message alerts. A communication module transmits to the first user the first text message corresponding to the offer to subscribe to receive text message alerts. The transmitted first text message can be forwarded to a second user.
