An information processing apparatus including circuitry. The circuitry receives a question from one of a user terminal apparatus and an administrator terminal apparatus. The circuitry performs determination as to whether the question is transmitted from the user terminal apparatus or transmitted from the administrator terminal apparatus. The circuitry searches for one or more answers including a word included in the question. The circuitry calculates a weighting of each of the one or more answers. When the determination result indicates that the question is transmitted from the user terminal apparatus, the circuitry transmits an answer having a weighting satisfying a predetermined threshold value of the weighting to the user terminal apparatus. When the determination result indicates the question is transmitted from the administrator terminal apparatus, the circuitry generates screen information of a screen for editing at least one of one or more answers.

An e-discovery system comprises a computer processor and a non-transitory, computer-readable medium embodying thereon a set of computer instructions executable by the computer processor. The set of computer instructions includes instructions for: sending a chat query to a remote electronic chat service; receiving an electronic chat responsive to the chat query, the electronic chat embodying a set of electronic chat messages; adaptively splitting the set of electronic chat messages into a set of conversations, each conversation in the set of conversations comprising a subset of electronic chat messages from the set of electronic chat messages; and storing each conversation from the set of conversations as a separate document.

One of the methods includes receiving a first and second messages posted to a social messaging platform by a user account; determining whether the second message is a reply to the first message posted by the user account; in response, determining if the first message is part of an existing message thread; in response to determining that the first message is not part of an existing thread, assigning a new thread identifier to both the first message and the second message, the thread identifier associating both messages with a new thread; in response to determining that the first message is part of an existing thread, assigning an existing thread identifier obtained from the first message to the second message.
