The processor is configured to process a signal transmitted or received by the communication interface, control the display to display the image based on the processed signal, control the communication interface to transmit device information of the mobile device to a server, wherein the mobile device is able to receive a message from a remote device through the communication interface, based on the server receiving reference information indicating that the remote device is set to a condition where the remote device is unable to receive the message, receive the message from the server, wherein the message is received through a counterpart device, and process the message to transmit a command to the remote device, such that the server remotely controls the remote device to transmit information requested by a user of the counterpart device corresponding to the command to the counterpart device.

The processor is configured to process a signal transmitted or received by the communication interface, control the display to display the image based on the processed signal, control the communication interface to transmit device information of the mobile device to a server, wherein the mobile device is able to receive a message from a remote device through the communication interface, based on the server receiving reference information indicating that the remote device is set to a condition where the remote device is unable to receive the message, receive the message from the server, wherein the message is received through a counterpart device, and process the message to transmit a command to the remote device, such that the server remotely controls the remote device to transmit information requested by a user of the counterpart device corresponding to the command to the counterpart device.
