MISDIRECTED EMAIL DATA LOSS PREVENTION
Aspects of the disclosure relate to data loss prevention. A computing platform may detect input of a first target recipient domain into a first email message. The computing platform may identify, in real time and prior to sending the first email message, that the first target recipient domain is an unintended recipient domain instead of an intended recipient domain. The computing platform may identify, in real time and prior to sending the first email message, that the first email message violates one or more data loss prevention rules. Based on identifying the violation, the computing platform may send a notification that the first target recipient domain is flagged as an unintended recipient domain and one or more commands directing a user device of the message sender to display the notification.
Systems and methods for alert services
Embodiments relate to systems, processes and devices for an information delivery platform or data hub with an alert processor that can be configured to receive a request to generate an alert configuration at the data hub, the request indicating a target unit; generate and store an alert rule corresponding to the alert configuration, the alert rule having a trigger and an action; detect an event at the data hub based on a set of data of the data stored at the data hub, the event having event data; convert the event data to an alert trigger at the data hub based on the trigger of the alert rule; generate an alert notification for the alert trigger based on the action of the alert rule; and transmit the alert notification to the target unit.
Techniques to provide streaming data resiliency utilizing a distributed message queue system
Embodiments include techniques to receive and process data from a data service provider, communicate a plurality of messages comprising the data to a streaming data platform and detect a failure of delivery of the plurality of messages to the streaming data platform. Embodiments further include techniques communicate the plurality of messages to a distributed message queue service of a distributed message queue system, publish each of the plurality of messages to the streaming data platform, determine each of the plurality of messages published to the streaming data platform was successful or unsuccessful, and retry publication of each unsuccessfully published message of plurality of messages to the streaming data platform.

Methods and systems for configuring an email engine
Systems and methods for configuring an email engine associated with sequences of engagements are described. The email engine is associated with a first sequence of engagements and a second sequence of engagements. The email engine is configured to be activated based on completion of the first sequence of engagements. The email engine may be configured to generate and send an email to an email recipient based on a set of parameters unique to the email recipient and based on one or more government regulations. When the sending of the email is prevented because of the set of parameters or the government regulations, an error notification may be generated, and the second sequence of engagements may not be activated.

METHOD OF MANAGING MESSAGE DELIVERY IN A COMPUTING INFRASTRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED COMPUTING INFRASTRUCTURE
A method for managing message delivery in a computing infrastructure. For each message to be delivered, the message is sent simultaneously by a transmitting component, to each server of a plurality of receiving servers. For each server that received the sent message, the server computes a signature specific to the message received, which is identical for each server, and the server sends the computed signature to a synchronization component. The sent signature is received by the synchronization component. If a first condition according to which the received signature is not stored in a signature database is met, the received signature is stored in the signature database and an instruction is sent to store or transmit the received message to the server by the synchronization component. Otherwise, the synchronization component sends an instruction to the server to delete the received message and the computed signature.
Method and system for reporting message disposition in a communication network
Methods, servers and mobile stations are provided to allow a sender mobile station which has transmitted a message toward a recipient mobile station via a first protocol to be notified that the message has been delivered to the recipient mobile station via a different protocol. The sender mobile station may be notified that the message was delivered to the recipient mobile station via a different protocol method via a disposition notification message comprising an indication that the message was delivered to the recipient mobile station via a different protocol.

DISABLING INTERACTION WITH MESSAGES IN A COMMUNICATION PLATFORM
Message moderation is described herein. In an example, a message posted to a virtual space of a communication platform can be flagged for review by a reviewer (e.g., an administrator or other user permissioned to review messages). In some examples, such a reviewer can review a flagged message and determine one or more actions to be performed. Such actions can include removing the message from presentation via the communication platform, modifying presentation of the message via a user interface of the communication platform, replying to the message (e.g., to suggest taking the conversation offline or to another virtual space), disabling interaction with the message, and/or the like. Message moderation, as described herein, can streamline resolution of conversations that become out of hand and/or off topic.
