Identifying HTTP requests generated from links embedded in emails by automated processes
Systems and methods for identifying HTTP requests generated from links embedded in emails and determining if those HTTP requests were generated by a human or a non-human are disclosed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CREATING AND USING A HYBRID-DIGITAL MAILBOX
A method, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium. A request is received to display a calendar identifying incoming physical item deliveries regarding a user's delivery point. User-associated shipment information is accessed identifying at least one first item scheduled for physical delivery and at least one second item scheduled for electronic delivery, and includes a record of physical delivery items and electronic delivery items. A sender's address is automatically populated to a recipient's address book, when a notification is received regarding the physical delivery item being in transit. Tracking data associated with the at least one first item from an integrated mail database and an integrated mail processing equipment is acquired and includes at least an expected delivery date. A notification regarding the at least one first item is displayed within a portion of an interface representative of the expected delivery date on the calendar.

PREDICTIVE RESOLUTIONS FOR TICKETS USING SEMI-SUPERVISED MACHINE LEARNING
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method in which a processing system collects information associated with trouble tickets each including a problem abstract and a log text. The method includes analyzing the log text to obtain a problem resolution for that ticket; defining ticket clusters according to the problem abstracts, and labeling the clusters. The processing system creates a library of the labeled clusters, each entry including a cluster label, a problem abstract for that cluster, and a resolution summary for that problem abstract, indicating a mapping of the problem abstract to the resolution summary for that cluster. The method includes training, based on the mapping, machine-learning applications for a predicted resolution summary for each cluster and for classifying a new ticket. The method includes assigning the new ticket to a cluster according to the classifying. Other embodiments are disclosed.
DETECT AND ALERT USER WHEN SENDING MESSAGE TO INCORRECT RECIPIENT OR SENDING INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT TO A RECIPIENT
A device may analyze the content of a communication input via the device and verify a recipient associated with the communication based on the analysis. A machine learning network associated with the device may analyze the content and generate a probability score and a confidence score indicating an association between the communication and the recipient. Based on the probability score or confidence score provided by the machine learning network, the device may verify whether the content of the communication matches profile information associated with the recipient. In some cases, the device may refrain from transmitting the message to the recipient or output a notification suggesting a different recipient for the message. The device may output a notification to modify content of the communication, modify recipients for the communication, select a different messaging window for the communication, or select a different application for the communication.
Registered Encrypted Electronic Message and Selected Content View Proof System
A method and system for processing an email having encrypted content and/or redacted content, and/or where the message content has been encrypted and recorded as encrypted, is provided.

Printing system for suppressing wasteful transmission of notification information
A communication system and a control method are provided, which are capable of suppressing wasteful transmission of notification information. To this end, in a case where predetermined information is not received despite that notification information has been transmitted, this problem is solved by providing an information processing apparatus having a control unit configured to perform control so that the notification information is not transmitted anew.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SELF-DESTRUCTING MESSAGES
Disclosed are systems and methods for automatically deleting messages from a recipient’s inbox. The disclosed systems and methods provide the ability for automatic actions to be taken on delivered messages based on a passage of time. This enables a sender of messages, email service provider and/or email platform to exert control over sent messages to limit the number and type of operations that may be performed on such messages. For example, operations such as saving, forwarding, printing, copying, or otherwise duplicating the message and/or message data can be prohibited and all together rendered impossible. The disclosed systems and methods enables the purging of messages and associated message data from a recipient’s inbox at a certain specified time, after the passage of a pre-determined amount of time, or upon the detection of a specified event.
