The user request response method comprises: upon the reception of a user request sent from a first-type terminal, sending reminder messages to a plurality of second-type terminals according to the user request; receiving message receipts for the reminder messages within a preset time period; selecting a target message receipt from among the message receipts according to a preset rule; and using the second-type terminal corresponding to the target message receipt as a target second-type terminal and determining to respond to the user request according to the target second-type terminal.

Aspects described herein may allow for grouping questions received during a virtual meeting in order to present the questions to a presenter of the virtual meeting efficiently. A system may receive, during a virtual meeting, a plurality of messages each indicative of a question. The message comprises content descriptive of the question and metadata. For example, the metadata may comprise data identifying an image corresponding to the message. The system may group the plurality of messages into one or more groups, individual messages within the groups having a context in common with one another, by analyzing text and metadata of the message. The system may send data about at least one group to a first client device for output of the questions indicated by the messages of that group on the first client device.

An omni-channel communication platform comprises an interaction control system, an interaction routing system, and a media translation system. Users perform function calls via an application programming interface (API) to a URL generator in order to receive a custom redirect URL that may be hosted on a user's advertisement. The redirect URL intercepts customer interactions with that advertisement and allows the customer and user to communication over the customer's and user's preferred method, converting the user's communication technology to the customer's communication technology and vice-versa. Furthermore, the user may request a generated user-interface graphic that is associated with the redirect URL via the same or a different function call.
