An electronic device includes a touch-sensitive surface, a display, and a camera sensor. The device displays a message region for displaying a message conversation and receives a request to add media to the message conversation. Responsive to receiving the request, the device displays a media selection interface concurrently with at least a portion of the message conversation. The media selection interface includes a plurality of affordances for selecting media for addition to the message conversation, the plurality of affordances includes a live preview affordance, at least a subset of the plurality of affordances includes thumbnail representations of media available for adding to the message conversation, and the live preview affordance is associated with a live camera preview. Responsive to detecting selection of the live preview affordance, the device captures a new image based on the live camera preview and selects the new image for addition to the message conversation.

Methods and systems for revoking electronic messages. One method includes storing, for each of a plurality of forwarded messages, a record in a data store, each record including a link to an original message for the forwarded message, and receiving a request to revoke a forwarded message. In response to receiving the request, the method includes identifying an original message the forwarded message via a record stored in the data store and notifying, with an electronic processor, a user associated with the original message of the request to revoke the forwarded message. In response to receiving an instruction revoking the original source message from the user, the method includes identifying each forward of the original message via records stored in the data store and revoking the original message and each message associated with each record stored in the data store including a link to the original message.

Methods and systems for revoking electronic messages. Systems and methods are disclosed for task identification and tracking using shared conversational context. In one implementation, a first communication from a first user is received within a communication session. The first communication is processed to identify a first content element within the first communication. A second communication is received within the communication session. The second communication is processed to identify a second content element within the second communication. The first content element is associated with the second content element. Based on an association between the first content element and the second content element, a task is identified. An action is initiated with respect to the task.

Systems and methods are disclosed for task identification and tracking using shared conversational context. In one implementation, a first communication from a first user is received within a communication session. The first communication is processed to identify a first content element within the first communication. A second communication is received within the communication session. The second communication is processed to identify a second content element within the second communication. The first content element is associated with the second content element. Based on an association between the first content element and the second content element, a task is identified. An action is initiated with respect to the task.

Described herein is a system and method for capturing data associated with actions attempted by an automated agent. The system described herein captures data associated with the actions attempted by an automated agent during the messaging session between an automated agent and the user and present a summary of the actions in a messaging platform. In an embodiment, the automated agent uploads data associated with actions attempted during the messaging session to a server. The server captures the data associated with the actions and generates a description of each action that was attempted. The server generates a summary including the description of each action. The summary of the actions are rendered in the messaging platform.

Described herein is a system and method for capturing data associated with actions attempted by an automated agent. The system described herein captures data associated with the actions attempted by an automated agent during the messaging session between an automated agent and the user and present a summary of the actions in a messaging platform. In an embodiment, the automated agent uploads data associated with actions attempted during the messaging session to a server. The server captures the data associated with the actions and generates a description of each action that was attempted. The server generates a summary including the description of each action. The summary of the actions are rendered in the messaging platform.

Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for tracking inbound email messages in association with database records. A first electronic mail message received via a network from a first client device is processed, where the first electronic mail message has a header including a message identifier. The message identifier is obtained from the header and parsed such that an encrypted portion and one or more unencrypted portions are obtained, where a first unencrypted portion of the unencrypted portions includes an entity identifier associated with a first database record of a database. A secret key associated with the first electronic mail message is obtained and the first electronic mail message is authenticated using the secret key, the encrypted portion of the message identifier, and at least one unencrypted portion of the unencrypted portions of the message identifier. The first electronic mail message is stored in association with the first database record according to a result of authenticating the first electronic mail message.

A method, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium are provided. In one embodiment, a method is provided for receiving a request to display a calendar associated with a delivery point of a user, accessing shipment information associated with the user, the shipment information including a record of physical delivery items and electronic delivery items, and displaying, for each day on the calendar, a count of the physical delivery items and electronic delivery items.
