An airburst delivery system that may provide for effective delivery of firefighting material to forest fires. The system generally utilizes an explosive charge to detonate a frangible containment vessel filled with firefighting material above the earth and typically above fire in a forest canopy. The resulting expanding sphere of water and related shockwaves provides a multi-effect interaction with the fire resulting in multiple water soakings combined with the sue of the vacuum and compression created by the shockwave to starve the fire of fuel and oxygen.

A fire extinguishing device comprising liquid nitrogen filled canister-tank attached to a device to release the LN contents; wherein, the release mechanism comprises a small explosive to tear open the canister and rapidly disperse the LN. The at least one fire suppression container has a casing filled with a fire extinguishing material and formed of a material destroyed by an impact. The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing firefighting drone which, in case of a fire in a house, a structure, a building, or the like, can be rapidly introduced and extinguish a fire in an early stage of the fire, and can be remotely operated in an unmanned manner through connection with a central control system. The fire extinguishing firefighting drone includes a flight unit configured to include propeller units, a disaster prevention turret unit configured to spray a fire-extinguishing chemical, a plurality of movement units configured to move a body unit, and a disaster prevention means unit configured to be provided with items adapted to spray a fire-extinguishing chemical, to launch a fire-extinguishing bomb, or to save lives.

A sealable capsule configured to contain one or more fire extinguishing materials is provided. The sealable capsule can include an upper and a lower shell, an internal bladder and a mechanism for releasing the fire extinguishing materials. The upper shell can include a valve, one or more through-holes filled and sealed with a corresponding number of plugs, and one or more rods, each extending from the plug to an internal plate of the releasing mechanism.
