In some implementations, a determination that a first party has spoken a query for a voice-enabled virtual assistant during a voice call between the first party and a second party is made, in response to the determination that the first party has spoken the query for the voice-enabled virtual assistant during the voice call between the first party and the second party, the voice call between the first party and the second party is placed on hold, a determination that the voice-enabled virtual assistant has resolved the query is made, and in response to the determination that the voice-enabled virtual assistant has handled the query, the voice call between the first party and the second party is resumed from hold.

Methods and systems for performing contact resolution are described herein. When initiating a communications session using a voice activated electronic device, a contact name may be resolved to determine an appropriate contact with which the communications session may be directed to. Contacts from an individual's contact list may be queried to determine a listing of probable contacts associated with the contact name, and contact identifiers associated with the contact may be determined. Using one or more rules for disambiguating between similar contact names, a single contact may be identified, and a communications session with that contact may be initiated.

The present disclosure relates to determining the shareability of values of node profiles. Record objects and electronic activities of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider may be accessed. Each record object may correspond to a record object type and have one or more object field-value pairs. Node profiles may be maintained. Values of fields corresponding to a predetermined type of field including fewer than a predetermined threshold number of data source providers may be identified. A restriction tag used to restrict populating other node profiles may be generated. Provision of the value with a second data source provider may be restricted.

Embodiments of methods, systems, and storage medium associated with providing user records associated with characteristics that may be used to identify the user are disclosed herein. In one instance, the method may include obtaining features of an individual, determining identifying characteristics associated with the obtained features, and initiating a search for a record associated with the individual based in part on the identifying characteristics associated with the obtained features, and, based on a result of the search, a verification of the record associated with the individual. The method may further include receiving at least a portion of the record associated with the individual, based at least in part on a result of the verification. User identification using voice characteristics
Embodiments of methods, systems, and storage medium associated with providing user records associated with characteristics that may be used to identify the user are disclosed herein. In one instance, the method may include obtaining features of an individual, determining identifying characteristics associated with the obtained features, and initiating a search for a record associated with the individual based in part on the identifying characteristics associated with the obtained features, and, based on a result of the search, a verification of the record associated with the individual. The method may further include receiving at least a portion of the record associated with the individual, based at least in part on a result of the verification.
