The present invention discloses a sock structure and a manufacturing method for the same. The sock structure includes a body and a waterproof layer. The body includes a first end having an opening, and a second end opposite to the first end. The waterproof layer is disposed in a partial area of the second end. After the first end is folded in a direction toward the second end, the waterproof layer is interposed between the first end and the second end.
