The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for automatically linking a note to a transcript of a conference. According to one of the embodiments a computer-implemented method is provided. The method comprises: receiving a transcript of a conference and a note from a conference participant; responsive to receiving the transcript of the conference and the note, applying a natural language processing on a content of the note and on a content of the transcript; identifying a matching content between the content of the note and the content of the transcript; generating a link corresponding to the matching content; and causing to display the link corresponding to the matching content.
System and methods for associating conference application content with an instance of a network conference
System and methods for associating conference application content with an instance of a network conference. In an embodiment, a method is provided for associating conference application content with an instance of a network conference. The method includes activating a client application, selecting a conference application from a plurality of conference applications, running the conference application from the client application, attaching content from the conference application to an instance of a network conference to generate a conference invitation, and transmitting the conference invitation a network server.

Note Capture Via Participant Devices In Communication Sessions
Session content is presented during a communication session to the participant devices. The participant devices transmit requests for notes to be generated for the session content. One or more segments of the communication session are determined when a threshold number of participant devices that requested notes to be generated is exceeded. Information associated with the one or more segments is transmitted to a participant device of the participant devices.

An electronic meeting tool and method for communicating arbitrary media content from users at a meeting includes a node configuration adapted to operate a display node of a communications network, the display node being coupled to a first display. The node configuration is adapted to receive user selected arbitrary media content and to control display of the user selected arbitrary media content on the first display. A peripheral device adapted to communicate the user selected arbitrary media content via the communications network is a connection unit including a connector adapted to couple to a port of a processing device having a second display, a memory and an operating system, and a transmitter. A program is adapted to obtain user selected arbitrary media content, the program leaving a zero footprint on termination. The user may trigger a transfer of the user selected arbitrary media content to the transmitter.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)-BASED DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL DURING A VIRTUAL MEETING
Methods and systems for artificial intelligence (AI)-based document retrieval during a virtual meeting are provided herein. Discussion data based on multi-media stream(s) provided by client devices of participants of a virtual meeting is obtained. A determination is made of whether the discussion data corresponds to an information access query. In response to a determination that the discussion data corresponds to the information access query, the discussion data is provided as input to an AI model trained to identify one or more electronic documents including content that is relevant to given discussion data. An electronic document associated with at least one of the participants including content that is relevant to the given discussion data is identified based on output(s) of the AI model. At least a portion of the content of the electronic document is provided for presentation via a user interface (UI) at each client device associated with the participants.
