Shared-content session user interfaces
The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for managing shared-content sessions. In some embodiments, content is shared with a group of users participating in a shared-content session. In some embodiments, the content is screen-share content that is shared from one device to other participants of the shared-content session. In some embodiments, the content is synchronized content for which output of the content is synchronized across the participants of the shared-content session.
MANAGING PRIVACY IN A VIDEO COMMUNICATION SESSION
A communication device, computer program product, and method are provided that generate an image stream to be transmitted from one communication device to at least another communication device in a video communication session. A controller (i) identifies, within a first image stream, secondary content displayed within at least one surface included in a first field of view, and (ii) in response to identifying the secondary content displayed within the at least one surface (a) generates a second image stream that does not include at least a portion of the secondary content; and (b) transmits the second image stream in place of the first image stream to the at least one second communication device during the video communication session.

AUTOMATIC TASK GENERATION
Example methods and systems for automatic task generation is provided. A communication platform receives an instruction to generate one or more task items associated with a virtual communication session related to a user. The communication platform accesses virtual communication data associated with the virtual communication session. The communication platform generates a task item based on the virtual communication data using a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model. The communication platform provides the task item to the user.
APPLICATION ACCESS SIGNAL FOR VIDEOCONFERENCES
Example methods and systems provide a participant attending a videoconference with a user interface indicator that signals access to personal information. More particularly, the indicator can signal that a companion application being used by attendees of the videoconference is accessing or has accessed videoconference meeting data that includes the personal information. In some examples, the participant can subsequently interact with the user interface to obtain additional information about the companion application. For example, the participant may be able to display user identifiers of the attendees using the companion application and/or a description of the companion application.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND REMEDIATION FOR CONFERENCE ROOM DEVICES VIA CONNECTED AND AUTHENTICATED USER DEVICE
A method for diagnosing and remediating a malfunctioning conference room device includes establishing a service channel between a cloud-based management service and an agent running on a trusted device in a conference room, and employing the trusted device for diagnosis and remediation operations. The trusted device may relay communications between the malfunctioning conference room device and the cloud-based management service.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ENSURING CONTINUED ACCESS TO MEDIA OF A PLAYLIST DESPITE GEOGRAPHIC CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Systems and methods are described herein for detecting information that indicates that a user will be traveling from a first geographic location to a second geographic location, and responsively accessing a playlist indicated by a profile of the user that indicates a plurality of streaming media that the user intends to consume. Control circuitry may then compare data corresponding to each streaming media of the plurality of streaming media to a database to determine whether each streaming media of the plurality of streaming media is accessible to the user at the second geographic location, and may determine that a subset of the plurality of media is not accessible to the user at the second geographic location. In response to determining that the subset is not accessible to the user at the second geographic location, the control circuitry may download each media of the subset.
