Shared-content session user interfaces
The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for managing shared-content sessions. In some embodiments, content is shared with a group of users participating in a shared-content session. In some embodiments, the content is screen-share content that is shared from one device to other participants of the shared-content session. In some embodiments, the content is synchronized content for which output of the content is synchronized across the participants of the shared-content session.
INFORMATION SWITCHING AND SHARING METHOD, DEVICE, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An information switching and sharing method, a device, an electronic apparatus, and a storage medium are provided. The method is applied to a client of a sharee, and the method includes: receiving a first page shared by a client of a sharer, in a free browsing mode, wherein the shared first page comprises a link to a second page, and the free browsing mode is a mode in which a page is freely browsed by the client of the sharee; and jumping to the second page in response to a detection of a trigger operation on the link in the shared first page.

System and method for access control, group ownership, and redaction of recordings of events
A media presentation system includes a page editor enabling embedding into pages of clips referencing portions of a full time-indexed media recording. The pages can be shared with other users with different permissions levels. When a page is loaded, text-layers (e.g., transcript text) of the media data referenced by any embedded clips are displayed, and a playback token is provided, granting access only to the referenced portions of the recording. For full recordings, a group ownership scheme dictates that any recording can have one or many owners that have full rights in accessing and modifying the recording, including redaction.
Note Capture In Communication Sessions
Session content is presented during a communication session to the participant devices. The participant devices transmit requests for notes to be generated for the session content. One or more segments of the communication session are determined when a threshold number of participant devices that requested notes to be generated is exceeded. Information associated with the one or more segments is transmitted to a participant device of the participant devices.
Event And/Or Location Based Media Capture And Upload Platform Based On A URL Or A Link Associated With A Machine-Readable Optical Label
A computer-implemented method and a media acquisition system (MAS) for accessing media from attendees of an event are provided. The MAS receives registration and event details from an organizer of the event and generates an online portal with media request elements. The MAS generates a shareable link to the online portal in multiple formats for rendering the shareable link to the attendees. The MAS displays the online portal on electronic devices of the attendees that access the online portal through the shareable link in one of the formats. The MAS acquires media from the electronic devices of the attendees agreeing to share the media with the organizer through a live media capture or an access of stored media. The MAS analyzes the acquired media according to organizer preferences and shares a selection of the analyzed media on preselected social media platforms on receiving a corresponding request from the organizer.
System of and method for facilitating on-device training and creating, updating, and disseminating micro-learning simulations
A system of and method for facilitating on-device training and creating, updating, and disseminating micro-leaning simulations is provided. The system utilizes a trio of core tools, which are Simulator tool, a Creation tool, and a management and monitoring tool. These tools are utilized to develop tracks, modules, and lessons for users to complete and demonstrate proficiency. The system provides for recreation of native mobile applications from screenshots and utilizing these recreations for the development of sandboxed lessons without need to access the native application during training. The system also includes utilizing mobile device features and peripherals to create a realistic training simulation.
COLLABORATION HUB FOR A GROUP-BASED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Computer-readable media, methods, and systems for generating a collaboration hub for display within a graphical user interface of a group-based communication system. The collaboration hub comprises a list of recommended active users, a list of recommended active synchronous multimedia collaboration sessions, and a feed of recommended asynchronous collaboration threads such that relevant activity within the group-based communication system is viewable and accessible to users of the group-based communication system.
Change comments for synchronized content items
Described embodiments enable device users sharing content items via a content management system to view and modify content items within native applications on their client devices. In various embodiments, a client application detects a save operation on a content item and prompts a user to provide a comment based on changes to the content item. User comments and metadata are provided to a content management system to create a historical log that provides a comprehensive summary of user interactions with a content item, including comments regarding content item changes, version information, and timestamps. The content management system provides the comments and other log contents to client applications associated with other users sharing the content item. The client applications use the comments and log information to provide notifications to the users regarding content item changes and comments by sharing users.
Generation and management of data insights to aid collaborative media object generation within a collaborative workspace
In the present disclosure, a collaborative workspace fosters content creation between users in a synchronous and/or asynchronous manner by enabling automatic generation and management of collaborative media objects that automatically combine content from a plurality of users into a single media object. To improve processing efficiency and user productivity, the present disclosure further provides processing that applies trained artificial intelligence (AI) processing that is adapted to automatically generate representations of data insights for management of a collaborative media object within the collaborative workspace. Data insights are generated pertaining to feature management of an exemplary application/service (e.g., video discussion application/service) including features for generating and managing a collaborative media object. Signal data associated with users of a collaborative session (e.g., within a collaborative workspace) is detected and analyzed. Contextually relevant data insights are generated, where representations of data insights are provided for rendering through the collaborative workspace (e.g., GUI representation thereof).
