METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICE
A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which an application management service is provided. The service may provide a coordination between network or platform level application management functions and application level application management functions that enables the management of an application service. The network or platform level application management functions may include autoscaling, load balancing, and ingress resource management. The application level application management functions may include throttling and circuit breaker functions.
Methods and systems for proxy relay implementation for client-server connections over wide area network
Methods and systems for establishing a media streaming connection between a client and a placeshifting device that are each communicating via a network using a standard and non-standard port, including: in response to an initial denial of a request to receive streamed content by a client via a non-standard port in communication with the placeshifting device, attempting another request by the client using a standard port in communication with a relay reverse proxy service of a relay backend server to the placeshifting device; establishing a first connection by the client between the relay reverse proxy service of the relay backend server and the client using the standard port to receive streamed content from the placeshifting device; and establishing a second connection between the relay reverse proxy service of the relay backend server and the placeshifting device using the non-standard port to communicate streamed content streamed directly from the placeshifting device.
Remote access to content from a thin client
Remote access is provided to content from a thin client, such as an internet browser, of a communication terminal. A method is provided for accessing at least one piece of content from a thin client of a remote communication terminal, the content being executed by a device for providing access to content on a communication network. The access method includes replication of at least one content replication signal by the thin client. The replication signal that is received by the thin client during a communication session with the content access provider device is produced by an execution module of the content access provider device and relayed unprocessed by a decoy module of the content access provider device. The decoy module is registered with the content access provider device as a virtual replication peripheral.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ACCESSING HISTORICAL SENSOR DATA WITHOUT LOCATION SERVICES
A method includes receiving, by a mobile device, a notification, executing, in response to receiving the notification, a data collection application over a time interval, and requesting, by the data collection application, sensor measurements from an operating system of the mobile device. The sensor measurements are collected prior to receiving the notification and before execution of the data collection application. The method also includes receiving, by the data collection application and from the operating system, a set of sensor measurements and transmitting, by the data collection application, the sensor measurements to a server during the time interval. The data collection application terminates upon expiration of the time interval.
File sharing over secure connections
Systems and methods for file sharing over secure connections. An example method comprises: receiving a client request identifying a file sharing host and a file residing on the file sharing host; establishing a secure client connection; responsive to identifying a management connection with the file sharing host, transmitting an identifier and a parameter of the secure client connection via the management connection; receiving a host request to establish a secure host connection, the host request comprising the identifier of the secure client connection; establishing the secure host connection using the parameter of the secure client connection identified by the received identifier; forwarding, over the secure host connection, a first data packet received over the secure client connection, the first data packet comprising at least part of the client request; and forwarding, over the secure client connection, a second data packet received over the secure host connection, the second data packet comprising at least part of the file identified by the client request.
Systems, devices, and methods for parallelized data structure processing
This disclosure discloses systems, devices, and methods for parallelized data structure processing in context of machine learning and reverse proxy servers.
Methods and systems for implementing a regionally contiguous proxy service
System and method for efficiently implementing scalable, highly efficient decentralized proxy services through proxy infrastructures situated in different geo-locations. In one aspect, the systems and methods enable users from any geographical location to send requests to the geographically closest proxy infrastructure. One exemplary method described allows proxy infrastructures to gather, classify, and store metadata of exit nodes in its internal database. In another aspect, systems and methods described herein enable proxy infrastructures to select metadata of exit nodes from its internal database and forward requests from a user device to respective proxy servers or proxy supernodes to which the selected exit nodes are connected.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COLLECTING MANUFACTURER-SPECIFIC CONTROLLER-AREA NETWORK DATA
Methods and systems for identifying manufacturer-specific controller-area (CAN) data for a vehicle type are provided. Manufacturer-specific CAN data may be identified by processing defined CAN data having a correlation relationship with the target data and undefined manufacturer-specific CAN data for determining if there is a correlation relationship therebetween. Also provided are methods and systems for identifying and automatically collecting manufacturer-specific CAN data for a vehicle type.
DELEGATING A REVERSE PROXY SESSION TO ITS INSTANTIATING PORTLET SESSION
A method for allowing a web application server to encapsulate the features and functionality of an external application while gating access to it through authenticated portlet sessions includes receiving, at a web-based application server, a content request from an external application, and in response to receiving the content request, instantiating a portlet session between the web-based application server and the external application. The method also includes instantiating a reverse proxy session between the external application and a reverse proxy server, wherein the reverse proxy session is associated with the portlet session. The method includes retrieving a response to the content request using the reverse proxy session and transmitting the response to the external application using the reverse proxy session.
