Devices, systems, and methods are described herein that comprise a multi-screen application which allows users to establish communication sessions with other users of the multi-screen application as well as allowing the user to request multimedia content using the same multi-screen application interface. The user makes a connection request to establish a multimedia session by entering a name or phone number. The multi-screen application uses a request string from the connection request to search a user's contact directory in order to determine possible user connection identifiers associated with the request string. The multi-screen application may additionally or alternatively transmit the request string to a directory server maintained by a service provider. The directory server may provide an endpoint for retrieving multimedia content associated with the string. The multi-media application may be used to allow a user to ‘call’ multimedia content using the same user interface used for calling another user.

The system described herein can automatically match, link, or otherwise associate electronic activities with one or more record objects. For an electronic activity that is eligible or qualifies to be matched with one or more record objects, the system can identify one or more set of rules or rule sets. Using the rule sets, the system can identify candidate record objects. The system can then rank the identified candidate record objects to select one or more record objects with which to associate the electronic activity. The system can then store an association between the electronic activity and the selected one or more record objects.

A method by an email sending system to send emails from different public sending network addresses. The method includes receiving, by a load balancer, an email that is to be sent by the email sending system, sending, by the load balancer, the email to a mail transfer agent (MTA) instance from a plurality of MTA instances, wherein each of the MTA instances has access to configuration data that indicates which proxy virtual machines (VMs) serve as egresses for which public sending network addresses, determining, by the MTA instance, a public sending network address to send the email from, determining, by the MTA instance based on consulting the configuration data, a proxy VM that serves as an egress for the public sending network address, and sending, by the MTA instance, the email to the proxy VM for sending to its destination from the public sending network address.

The present disclosure relates to maintaining an electronic activity derived member node network. Exemplary implementations may: generate a plurality of node profiles; generate a node graph generated from the plurality of node profiles; identify a second electronic activity identifying a pair of electronic accounts; identify using the node graph, a pair of participant node profiles corresponding to the pair of electronic accounts identified by the second electronic activity; identify, using the node graph, an edge between a pair of nodes corresponding to the pair of participant node profiles; determine a relevancy score for the second electronic activity corresponding to the pair of the participant node profiles based on context of the second electronic activity; and update the node graph by modifying the connection corresponding to the edge between the pair of participant node profiles based on the relevancy score determined for the second electronic activity.

The present disclosure relates to restricting electronic activities from being linked with record objects. According to at least one aspect of the disclosure, a method can include accessing, by one or more processors, a plurality of electronic activities, accessing a plurality of record objects of one or more systems of record, identifying an electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities to match to one or more record objects, determining a data source provider associated with providing access to the electronic activity, and identifying a system of record corresponding to the determined data source provider. The system of record can include a plurality of candidate record objects to which to match the electronic activity. The method can include restricting the electronic activity from being linked with the at least one record object.

A computer-implemented method includes obtaining user data associated with a first user, the user data including biometric data associated with the first user and personal information of the first user; conducting a biometric similarity search in a historical user database based on the biometric data; determining, based on the biometric similarity search, that multiple historical users have similar biometric data to the first user; retrieving corresponding personal information of each of the multiple historical users; generating a respective personal information similarity score for each of the multiple historical users; and identifying, as the first user, a historical user of the multiple historical users, the personal information similarity score corresponding to the identified historical user indicating a higher similarity than the personal information similarity scores corresponding to other historical users of the multiple historical users.

An information processing system includes: a user information management section that manages user information for use when plural servers provide services on a network; and a control section that, when receiving a request to change the user information, performs control to change a method of notifying change of the user information, including at least a notification destination and a notification time specified for each service, based on a type of a service using the user information related to the change request and contents of the change of the user information according to the change request.

Various embodiments disclosed herein provide techniques for transmitting an email message over a network. An email forwarding application executing on an email server receives a first request from a first device within the network to resolve an email address of an email recipient, where the email address is associated with a first domain. The email forwarding application determines that the email recipient is associated with a second domain. The email forwarding application transmits, to the first device, a first response to the first request that identifies the email recipient and the second domain.

There is disclosed herein a method and system for communicating over a telecommunications network between a service provider and one or more users, wherein the service provider can have access to multiple distinct addresses in the telecommunications network and each user is identified by an address, more specifically where a first message can be sent over at least a portion of the telecommunications network to a user's address and based on a response from the user determining the message to which the response is a reply to.

Provide herein is a method and system capable of authenticating transactions involving at least one service provider and one or more users who are each in electronic communication. This electronic communication can be, for example, SMS, MMS, e-mail, or online account messaging. It is an aspect of certain embodiments where the transaction is an authentication and/or verification of an entity. Examples of such entities are products, actions and users.
