Video on demand for audio/video recording and communication devices
In a battery-powered audio/video recording and communication device having a camera, the length of a preset interval (the interval between instances of the device sending a request to a network to check whether any user requests to access the camera have been received) may be adjusted upward or downward in order to balance the competing interests of reducing latency (e.g. reducing the delay that the user may experience when trying to access the camera) and conserving battery life. The present embodiments advantageously balance these competing interests by initially setting the length of the preset interval to be relatively short to reduce latency, but automatically increasing the length of the preset interval as the battery charge is depleted, thereby extending battery life. The present embodiments also advantageously enable the length of the preset interval to be decreased after the battery is recharged, thereby reducing latency.
Foldable device comprising antenna
Disclosed is an electronic device. The electronic device may comprise a first structure and a second structure mutually foldably connected with the first structure about a first axis extending in a first direction. A wireless communication circuit of the electronic device is electrically connected with a first radiator and a second radiator and is electrically separated from the second radiator in a folded state.
Systems and methods for authorizing transmission of commands and signals to an access control device or a control panel device
Systems and methods are provided that can include a doorbell device receiving a request signal to enter a region associated with the doorbell device from a remote control device and, responsive thereto, accessing a list identifying which of a plurality of authorized users are located within the region, identifying one of the plurality of authorized users associated with the remote control device, determining whether the list indicates that the one of the plurality of authorized users is located within the region, and determining whether to transmit a disarm command signal to a control panel device or an activation signal to an access control device based on whether the list indicates that the one of the plurality of authorized users is located within the region, wherein entries on the list can correspond to historical use of the doorbell device or the control panel device to enter and exit the region.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INTRA-SHIP COMMUNICATION
The present invention relates to an interphone device for use in ships, the interphone device comprising: an input/output unit to which a voice is input or from which a voice is output; a transmission/reception circuit unit which receives the voice from the input/output unit and provides a first signal obtained by encoding and modulating the received voice; and an antenna which is attached to the metal hull of the ship, forms an electromagnetic field in the metal hull, and carries the first signal received from the transmission/reception circuit unit by the electromagnetic field, so as to propagate the first signal.
MOBILE TERMINAL, COMMUNICATION METHOD, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM STORING COMMUNICATION PROGRAM, AND INTERCOM SYSTEM
Provided is a mobile terminal that communicates with a server that performs call control between an intercom disposed in a lobby of an apartment building and an indoor monitor. The server stores event information transmitted from the intercom, the indoor monitor, or a terminal apparatus connected to the server. The mobile terminal includes: a receiver that receives the event information from the server; and a display section that displays the event information in chronological order from an upper side to a lower side of a display apparatus and that scroll displays the event information.
DOORBELL COMMUNICATION AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
A doorbell system can be used to block a first electricity that is less than a first threshold from entering an electronic chime. By blocking the first electricity from entering the electronic chime, the electronic chime is not allowed to emit a notification sound. The doorbell system can also be used to allow a second electricity that is greater than the first threshold to enter the electronic chime. By allowing the second electricity to enter the electronic chime, this can allow the electronic chime to emit a notification sound in response to a visitor being present.
Doorbell Camera
This application is directed to a doorbell camera for illuminating and capturing scenes. The doorbell camera includes at least a subset of processors for operating a camera module, an image sensor having a field of view of a scene and configured to capture video of a portion of the scene, one or more infrared (IR) illuminators for providing illumination, a waterproof button assembly, and a microphone and a speaker for enabling a real-time conversation between a visitor located at the doorbell camera and a user of a remote client device. The waterproof button assembly is configured to receive a user press on a button top, block water from entering the electronic device, and display a visual pattern uniformly at a peripheral region of the button assembly using LEDs and light guide component that are disposed under the button top.
Alert system, delivery system and method and door bell system
Alert device comprising electronic circuitry and at least a first antenna, wherein the circuitry is designed for sending out a first signal, for wireless communication with at least a first hand held communication device, and at least a second signal for wireless communication with at least a second hand held communication device, wherein the second signal differs from the first signal, preferably in at least one of transmitting energy, transmitting frequency, coding and pulse length, wherein the device comprises a switch for switching between: a first mode in which only the first signal is transmitted and a second mode wherein the first and second signal are transmitted; or a first mode wherein only the first signal is transmitted and a second mode wherein only the second signal is transmitted.
Adjustable movement detection doorbell
Systems, apparatuses, and methods relating to security system and automation monitoring are described. In one embodiment a method may include receiving motion detection data via an electrical signal, analyzing the motion detection data based at least in part on a first parameter, identifying a movement of an object based at least in part on the analyzing, and adjusting one or more light emitting diodes based at least in part on the identifying.
Mobile terminal, event information display method, non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing event information display program, and intercom system
