AUTHENTICATED CALLING VOICEMAIL INTEGRATION
Various arrangements for providing authenticated caller information for voicemail are presented herein. A terminating telephony service provider system can receive a request to connect a telephone call, the request comprising a session initiation protocol (SIP) identity header. The terminating telephony service provider system can perform a verification based on the SIP identity header. A voicemail may be created based on audio received from the calling party via the telephone call. SIP header information can be stored and mapped to the voicemail. The terminating telephony service provider system can then output, to a called party user equipment (UE), an indication of the voicemail with an indication of the verification based on the SIP identity header.
Unlocking a device by performing gestures on an unlock image
A device with a touch-sensitive display may be unlocked via gestures performed on the touch-sensitive display. The device is unlocked if contact with the display corresponds to a predefined gesture for unlocking the device. The device displays one or more unlock images with respect to which the predefined gesture is to be performed in order to unlock the device. The performance of the predefined gesture with respect to the unlock image may include moving the unlock image to a predefined location and/or moving the unlock image along a predefined path. The device may also display visual cues of the predefined gesture on the touch screen to remind a user of the gesture.
Method and system for operating a multifunction portable electronic device using voice-activation
Methods and systems in which a portable electronic device can be voice activated are disclosed. The portable electronic device can be a multi-function electronic device. The voice activation can be robust and context sensitive. The voice activation can also be utilized without any preparatory user action with respect to the portable electronic device. The portable electronic device can also interact with a media system.
System and Method of Identity Verification
A system and method of identity verification is disclosed. The system has a processor and an identity confirmation function. The identity confirmation function executable by the processor to provide a caller identity confirmation if a result indicates an obtained fingerprint data, from a fingerprint scan on the caller electronic device occurring during the audio call resulting from the fingerprint scan request, matches a stored fingerprint data associated with the caller.
Method and apparatus for informing a user through haptic signals
According to an embodiment, a computing device is provided that includes a receiver and a signal generator. The receiver may be configured to receive a user query for information regarding a received call or message. The user query may include a physical act performed on the computing device. The signal generator may be configured to generate a haptic signal indicating a response to the user query for the information regarding the call or message.

Methods and Apparatuses for Interpreting a Phone Number
Methods and apparatuses are provided for interpreting a phone number in the field of information technology. The method includes: determining whether contact information of a phone number is stored in an address book if receiving a call; searching a message with content containing the phone number when it is determined that the contact information of the phone number is not stored in the address book; obtaining predetermined type information from the content of the message, in which the predetermined type information at least includes name information; and displaying the name information as the contact information of the phone number on a display interface of the call.
METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PROJECTING EVENT INFORMATION ON REFLECTOR DEVICE CONNECTED TO ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A method for operating an electronic device includes: based on detection of an event, activating at least one reflector device connected to the electronic device; controlling the at least one reflector device to have an angle with respect to the electronic device such that a view position of a user is placed on the at least one reflector device; and controlling to display, on a display of the electronic device, event information associated with the detected event to be reflected to the at least one reflector device.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRESENTING INFORMATION
The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for presenting information, belonging to the field of computer technology. The method includes: obtaining service information related to a service if a service-type call log exists in call logs of a computing device; and inserting the service information into the service-type call log and displaying the service information.
COMMUNICATION TERMINAL DEVICE, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION METHOD, RECORDING MEDIUM FOR TRANSMITTING SPEECH DATA
A microphone receives speech data to be transmitted. A business wireless communication unit transmits the received speech data. A processing unit causes a storage unit to store the speech data and time information for identifying blocks produced by dividing the received speech data into a plurality of blocks. The business wireless communication unit receives a request signal for requesting transmission of the speech data stored in the storage unit, the request signal including the time information. The processing unit acquires from the storage unit the speech data for the block identified based on the time information included in the received request signal, and causes the business wireless communication unit to transmit the acquired speech data.
