SOUND PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A sound processing method and apparatus. The method is applied to a terminal device including a plurality of sound configuration parameter groups. The terminal device may be an artificial intelligence (AI) based terminal device. The method includes when a screen display parameter of the terminal device meets a sound adjustment condition, obtaining a current screen display parameter; determining a first sound configuration parameter group from the plurality of sound configuration parameter groups based on the current screen display parameter; and updating a second sound configuration parameter group to the first sound configuration parameter group. The second sound configuration parameter group is a sound configuration parameter group currently enabled by the terminal device. Embodiments can flexibly adjust a sound effect and improve intelligence and flexibility of the terminal device.
Method to expedite playing of binaural sound to a listener
A method expedites processing and playing of binaural sound during an electronic communication between a first user and a second user. An electronic device of the first user convolves sound into binaural sound for the second user before the binaural sound transmits to the electronic device of the second user. In this way, the binaural sound is already convolved and ready to play upon receipt at the electronic device of the second user.
Device and method for controlling a speaker according to priority data
A device and method controlling a speaker according to priority data is provided. An audio processor, in communication with a speaker-controlling processor at a device, processes remote audio data, the remote audio data remote to the speaker-controlling processor. The audio processor assigns priority data to the remote audio data. The audio processor provides the remote audio data and the priority data to the speaker-controlling processor. The speaker-controlling processor processes local audio data, the local audio data local to the speaker-controlling processor. The speaker-controlling processor controls a speaker, with respect to the local audio data and the remote audio data, according to the priority data.
Earphone charging system and charging control device
An earphone charging system and a charging control device are provided. The earphone charging system includes a wireless earphone device and the charging control device. The wireless earphone device is communicatively connected to an audio providing device. The charging control device is electrically connected to the audio providing device through a first cable. The charging control device is electrically connected to the wireless earphone device through a second cable. The audio providing device provides a power and an audio signal to the wireless earphone device through the charging control device.
Audio amplifiers
An electronic device comprises a speaker protection module (36) arranged to receive an audio signal (22) and to use one or more parameters relating to a loudspeaker to produce a controlled audio signal (34). An amplifier (40) is arranged to amplify the controlled audio signal to produce an amplified audio signal (24, 26) which is passed to the loudspeaker. The amplitude of the controlled audio signal (34) is such that the amplified audio signal (24, 26) is less than or equal to an amplitude determined to be safe for the loudspeaker in view of the one or more parameters. An ultrasound generator (16) is arranged to generate an ultrasound signal (30) that is mixed (32) with the controlled audio signal (34) before the controlled audio signal (34) is passed to the amplifier (40). The ultrasound generator (16) is capable of producing said ultrasound signal at a plurality of frequencies.
Mobile terminal with at least two transducers
The invention concerns a mobile terminal with at least two transducers (LSm, LSs1, LSS2) used simultaneously as loudspeakers for stereophonic effect. According to the invention, one of said transducers is a main transducer (LSm) with a main working frequency band (Bm) corresponding to at least the phone frequency band, while the other transducer is a secondary transducer (LSs1; LSs2) with a secondary working frequency band (Bs1; Bs2) band different from said main frequency band, the lowest frequencies of said secondary working frequency band (Bs1; Bs2) being greater than the lowest frequencies of said main working frequency band.
Rendering content
A method, apparatus as computer program is described comprising: obtaining or receiving content for presentation, wherein the content includes spatial audio data; rendering said content in a first direction; rendering said content in a second direction different to said first direction; and controlling the rendering of said content in said first direction and said second direction dependent, at least in part, on an angle between said first and second directions.
VOICE BROADCASTING CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A voice broadcasting control method, a storage medium and an electronic device are disclosed. The control method includes obtaining current state information in response to activating a voice assistant, generating a target control command in response to detecting the current state information being predetermined state information, and executing the target control command to perform a voice control on a voice broadcast of the voice assistant.
DETECTING AUDIO PATHS BETWEEN MOBILE DEVICES AND EXTERNAL DEVICES
Providing navigation instructions in an automotive environment includes generating, at the portable device, a test audio signal. The test audio signal is provided to the head unit of the vehicle via a short-range communication link. The portable device then detects whether the test audio signal has been converted to sound by one or more speakers in the head unit of the vehicle. In response to detecting the audio signal at the portable device, a vocalized navigation instruction is directed to the head unit for announcement via the one or more speakers of the head unit. Otherwise, in response to not detecting the test audio signal at the portable device, the vocalized navigation instruction is provided via a speaker of the portable device.
